Received dress terrible quality! Sent back for a refund and have never received it! DO NOT BUY

Absolute disgusting website I ordered a dress which took ages to receive , then when I did receive it the quality of the dress was awful. I sent the dress back two weeks ago still not yet received my refund, I have contacted them via Facebook messenger they have now blocked me on that, I have also emailed and no reply back from them. Absolute robbery. Don’t ever order from this site. I think trading standards needs to be contacted about this company.

Paid and didn't receive then got blocked
I paid for a dress on the 9th of April 2022, I then got a email on the 19th April to say they have received my order and it will be delivered shortly (ordered because it was a UK company with quick delivery from stock) I then contacted them via email and got no reply, the telephone number just cuts off, messaged on Facebook to be told again it is out for delivery! When I messaged back to say that it was ordered on the 9th and it really was not good enough, I got blocked on Facebook! It is now the 4th May 2022 and still no dress, I have contacted my bank for a refund, do not use beckys dresses or beckys boutique

Do not buy from here I paid for my item it never come tried contacting them through Facebook and they blocked my Facebook Account they will be hearing from trading standards for me basically stole my £100

Terrible customer service no response at all I ordered a dress which was horrible material and wanted a refund but they have not even got back to me I will never order again

Absolutely disgusting support from a bogus company

Ordered off the 50% off sale
Ordered two items on April 3 picked express delivery never arrived

Contact the hopless customer support to be told they been sent no tracking nothing provided

Now all my messages are ignored on end had to contact bank to recall the money

Love these, love the service was delivered in only two days, very simple process, have never had any problems with Beckys dresses!

Terrible quality, and absolutely no service, this site is a total con, I cannot stress enough not to go near it.

Oh my god, worst material ever!! And u can't get a refund because there was 50% of! It's as well there was 50% off as I'd have been kicking myself if I'd have paid any more!! Straight into the bin it went woeful site!

Paid for next day delivery as no one responded to my email, thought I’d try my luck. Order arrived a couple of days later with a note that the next dress was on its way.

No update as to when I can expect to receive it even after numerous messages on Facebook and an email. I am lucky to get 1 message a day back from them asking if I have returned my items or asking for my order number again!

The items that were recieved were shocking quality!

I returned 2 dresses (on behalf of my 15 year old granddaughter) for 2 reasons, wrong fit and completely see through. I paid for the returns so I have also lost this cost....This company have totally ignored every single one of the many email's that I have sent them to ask, why no refund ? & when can I expect my refund?. There is no customer service. No human being to speak to. Having now read some of the reviews it appears that this is standard practice for this company. So basically they rob your money!!! Another con to watch out for with this thieving company is THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY ON SALES ITEMS. Be very aware because every time I have looked on their web site EVERYTHING IS BEING SOLD AT SALE PRICES!!! Therefore legally they keep your money on all your returns. They do "say" you will get a credit note on your returns that are sales goods. This is also another con because without them communicating with you, guess what? there is no credit note! Disgusting that this con of a site is allowed to continue ripping people.

First of all I paid for 4-5 day delivery and my item arrived 20 days later straight from China with no tags or labels and completely different to the picture advertised!

The quality is the worst I have ever seen! I paid postage for it to be sent back as per their policy and they are now ignoring me regarding my refund!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE A SCAM!

Do not buy from this shop, I don’t know how this shop is still running with the amount of bad reviews it has got. They are just scamming people with no intentions of sending what you order. If I could give zero stars I would.

Slow delivery but item as described, very happy, i wanted to write this review as I know there is many bad ones of here but it was a good purchase for me

Absolute shambles of a company! how are they still in business

Wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. my order took ages to arrive, was shoddy quality when it finally did. returned my item tracked for a refund as per the returns policy, only for the company to state they had not received it and to ignore my messages!!!!

Do not buy anything from this website!!! Really poor customer service! I didnt recevied my order ! They dont even responding to my messages ! Theirs contacts details are also wrong on website! If i could give 0 starts i would. They have blocked me on Facebook Really bad!

If I could give it 0 stars it would be great at least they won't be able to delete it from here cs they did delete my comment from their Facebook page comment section.
Long story short paid for delivery 3-7 days didn't receive it until about 24 days later after multiple messages to be told they will send me new item in diferent colour and it was wrong size. Quality of fabrick is horrendous if I would like quality like this I would order myself from wish. Oh don't forget about custom on the top for the price combined with all the charges I eould get v nice outfit...I will be returning this horrible yoke to them will see if ill get refund

If i could give zero stars i would. Bought two items arrived a little last but that was ok. The quality was cheap and poor so i emailed to ask about returns. You must pay for your own returns whish was a bit disappointing but that' what i did on the 19th of March 2022. i gave it a couple of days and used Facebook messenger to ask where is my refund NO REPLY !! today 29th March 2022 No response and No refund .. where is my refund Beckys dresses ????
