Poor service. Ordered a dress, materiał was bad, returned the dress over a month ago and still not got a refund. Cannot get though to customer services

Horrible people‼️SCAMERS‼️ do not buy from them, poor quality clothes and you will never see refund. looking for more scamed people to put group court claim

Having read some of the reviews my experience has been really good. A ordered a dress Friday evening and received on Tuesday.
The dress is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture on the website really good quality.

I ordered a dress and it took them 10 days after I ordered it to tell me they didn’t have that dress available anymore and it was for my 18th birthday. I emailed many times and have had no communication and I am still waiting on my refund.

Worst service ever ! I am still charging for my £200 refund. They ignore you and do not respond to emails or dm’s. Save your money and time by not going through this stress of having to claim your hard earned cash back. If I could give less than a 0 I would!!!!

They ignore you when trying to ask for help with an exchange etc and over all experience was just a night mare! Completely different clothes in person.

I definitely won’t be ordering again took 3 weeks for Beckys to tell me the clothes I ordered were out off stock and surprise 5 weeks later still haven’t received my refund emails don’t deliver and it’s takes two weeks to get a reply on Facebook or Instagram horrible service I won’t be useing them again to take your moeny and no clothes or refund it’s a joke

I am returning customer. This company is the BEST. The customer service is top-notch... I have been a member for about 2 years now and I have never had a problem or hiccup. Everything runs so smoothly (probably because it's owned by a BOSS LADY!) The clothing is on trend and new items added weekly. This has saved me tons of money on my wardrobe. In sum, BB is my favorite thing ever!

I got scammed! I ordered a brown mono sleeve dress but received a strapless nude dress! I have tried to contact several times but have had 0 response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If i could leave no star, i would. They have the worst customer service ever. Last year i ordered 2 dresses and both looked like they just arrived from China, really bad material, stitching not even, nothing like the pictures. I tried the first dress on and the zip broke straight away so i took it to a seamstress to fix it. The other one took 2 weeks to arrive and it was very awful. Anyway, when i sent it back and ask for a refund, they kept lying to me. I sent them proof of postage but I still haven’t received any money after 7 months.

The worst company I have ever ordered from!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Do not order from this company!! Robbers!! Won’t give me a refund on a disgusting dress they send me that they tought was wearable for anyone!!! Nothing like the picture they have on their page!!! Do not order from this place!! Big mistake! Reading my messages and not replying! It’s not about the money! It’s the principle of how appalling the service is! Shocking! And they don’t care either!!!

I am writing this as the other reviews almost put me off ordering.
I ordered 2 dresses. Both amazing. Brilliant communication. Fastest delivery ever. I’m more than pleased and would definitely recommend.

They don not answer since one year

I have to get my money back because i have send the dress (which looks terrible and not like a picture at all) and they have it back bat i did not get my money back and nobody answers

This company is absolutely appaling with no morals, it is an absolute scam and I would advise absolutely everyone to not buy from this company. I bought 2 dresses which were extremely poor quality. When I tried to return the dresses and request a refund the parcel was returned back to my address as the company was no longer based at the address which is stated on their website. I have emailed and called on numerous occasion and they have ignored me every single time.

Worst quality I have ever brought and so expensive wouldn’t even give them one star absolutely disgusting and when you complain they block you😡😡😡😡

Didn’t even want to give a star I ordered dress over 4weeks ago paid for two day delivery as I need them for a christening after the 3rd day mailed them they would not get back I asked for a refund then they mailed me back asking for the order number I told them I would like refund and they sent one dress to me after 4 weeks very poor quality something from wish I’d say so any of u should jus order from wish or Ali express I have seen the same dress on them sites and u prob would not be waitin as long and paid over 120 for both dresses and only got one never again would order from them rip off

Wouldn’t order from here again! Ordered an outfit in July, still haven’t received my items. Have been well and truly messed about from the minute I placed my order. Blocked me from contacting them on messenger when I contacted them to ask when I would receive my items!
