I’m really happy with my order. Gorgeous quality and fits really well. Ordered and delivered in 7 working days.communication was excellent. I contacted the site to ask how long it would take for delivery and got a very quick response. Messaged them back when I received my prefer to tell them how happy I was. I don’t know what happened with the negative reviews but my experience was nothing but positive and I would definitely recommend this site. I’m already looking at my next order!

Bought 2 dresses from her said it would be a week took nearly a month to come still haven’t received the one dress found the exact same dresses on Ali Express and the quality and material of the dresses is outrageous I wouldn’t even waste your money girls and she won’t even reply to your messages will take further action against this she shouldn’t be aloud to rob people of there money.

My mum ordered from them 3 months ago and still hasn’t received her item.
After numerous attempts of trying to contact them and get an update on her order, they’ve ignored every message.
My mum spent £150 and it’s trying to get a refund.
This boutique should be shut down for stealing money from its customers. It’s disgusting service.

Absolute rubbish
I Ordered a dress a month ago and nothing!! All I get is excuse after excuse and now they’re not responding. Also just found out my friend is having the same problems. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE.

Terrible. Costumer service is appalling. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
Not at all convinced I’m going to receive my order and despite numerous attempts to contact Becky’s Boutique I am still no further forward, without answers and without said order.

Total scam do not buy if you have too much money send it to me and I will send you nothing as well

I bought a jumpsuit from Becky’s boutique on Wednesday 23rd February and I paid £8 for next day delivery. I had accidentally made the order twice and when I messaged them on Facebook to say that I had made a mistake they was very quick to get back to me to let me know they had cancelled one of the orders, I thought that’s great! Now it’s Monday 28th I still have no jumpsuit and I have been trying to contact them since Friday! I have received no confirmation email no tracking details nothing but they have taken my money! Absolutely shocking!! £50 gone 😡😡 if I could give 0 stars I would!!

This company is a scam, I have never experienced such poor customer service. The quality and sizes of the items I ordered were undescribable, I sent them back and have chased and chased my refund request which they either ignore or state it will be progressed and later do not respond. I would welcome all those who have had the same experience to come contact me so we can collate evidence to take them to court!!

Do not buy from here, absolutely diabolical quality, dresses not sewn correctly. Opted to return within 14 day cancellation period after having difficulty reaching them, told me send it back and they will refund me. Not taking my messages now. Reporting to Trading Standards as others have. Also do not buy if living in Ireland.. customs of €17 on a £30 dress and the cost of returning it back. I don’t know how they are trading with the amount of complaints

One of worst company’s I have delt with waited 2 and half weeks for a parcel and it was wrong order 2 sizes too small ignore all messages but post on facebook. The ignorance is unreal who is running this bussiness?

What a shocking company, no refund to an item I posted back within 2 days months ago! They stated I wasn’t eligible for a refund because they didn’t go in to collect the item I sent back to them!!! The item was sent back Royal Mail tracked within 2 days of receiving….. they had it 6 days later but couldn’t be bothered to pick it up!!! HONEST, stay away from this company. Nobody knows what they are doing and they deffo don’t follow refunds procedure as stated online!! I’m still waiting for my refund from the 7th of December and no matter how many face book messages, texts or emails I send I’m ignored!! Scammers!!! Stay away

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Do not order from this company. I ordered a 2 piece on October 12th, it came and there was a hole in the top so I returned it straight away on the 20th October.

It’s been over a month since I sent it back and they are still trying to say they haven’t received it, I’ve sent multiple messages to which they just ignore.

Do not buy from here, save your money & spend it somewhere else trustworthy because this company are anything but trustworthy. I am now £50 down with no item either because I sent it back. Total scam

Do not buy from this company !!!! They owe me hundreds of pounds for the dresses I returned as they were not suitable, The Quality was of the dresses was awful, I paid for next day delivery but didn't get, I eventually got my dresses several weeks later however they were not like in the pictures.
They have promised to return the money for 3 months but it has never materialised, they have the dresses back yet still no refund.
Absolute joke, they are scammers and thief's.
Save your money and frustration and go to somewhere that has good customer service and where you get a refund, they have breached all consumer rights.
I have also received many messages from other customers who they have done this too.

ONCE YOU MAKE PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDER, YOU DON'T HEAR NOTHING FROM THEM. YOU ARE CONSTANTLY CHASING FOR YOUR ITEMS AND WHEN THEY WILL BE DELIVERED.

I ORDERED MY ITEMS, AND 12 DAYS LATER I AM WAITING FOR MY ORDER. I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEMS WITHIN 3 - 7 DAYS AND I HAVE SENT OVER 10 EMAILS AND STILL NO RESPONSE.

I SPEND NEARLY £100 AND I THINK IT IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING TO PURCHASE FROM SOMEONE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO IGNORE YOUR EMAILS AND THINK THAT THIS SERVICE IS ACCEPTABLE.
