I would give zero stars if I could. Complete scam. My daughter bought an outfit which was of extremely poor quality and nothing like advertised, wrong colour was sent. Took 3 weeks to arrive, despite paying for next day delivery. Item was returned by Recorded Delivery but they deny ever recieving it. Daughters comment on Facebook was deleted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM.

Wish I had read these reviews before being scammed out of £200!!! All the dresses I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the pictures - poor quality, even the styles, patterns and straps were completely different! Returned them and thought I don't want them denying receipt and don't want to lose my money so sent recorded for £35. They were tracked and delivered but low and behold this company still denied receiving them! Have sent the tracking details over and over for 24 days and they keep fobbing me off or not replying. Absolutely disgusting dishonest people. Definitely going to report them, they can't carry on scamming people. Really wish I'd found these reviews first but I guess you like to believe people are genuine

I ordered a jacket in February. They sent me out the wrong one. Told me the would refund me after lockdown. My messages are being ignored on Facebook when they are reading them, they won’t reply to my emails, absolutely disgusting customer service. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. It’s a
shame I didn’t read reviews before ordering If you look on companies house this boutique went bust in 2015. They should not even be trading!

Well I ordered a dress roughly 2pm yesterday. Wasent until after I ordered I read the reviews and obviously was very worried. But Becky boutique has gone above and beyond communicating with me and today I received my order as promised. I can not fault these and the dress is true to size and exactly the same as the picture so thank you Becky boutique ❤️

I tried them once again, big mistake should of realised the long wait and poor customer service last time was not a 1 off.
Purchased the 2x items 23rd May, paid £8.75 next day delivery. 14th June today delivered 1 item and the other says “to follow”
Awful as I asked on the Facebook posts “are these in stock” they said yes. Why 3 weeks to deliver 1, not even both. So now I ask for a refund of the item awaiting and the next day delivery and nothing.
Stay away. Much better places to order from

Dont buy from this website l bought a dress on 5 july 2018 but till today I havent receive it.if you send them email they dont reply. They are Scammers robbing ppls money.may God punish them

Do not buy from this website , it’s a scam they don’t refund you waited 4 months to get refund from my bank not them , and the dresses are cheaply made nothing like the website , and only half of what I ordered arrived not Evan the whole order , never again will I order of this

this website is a joke dont order from here taken a month for delivery which i didn't even receive to then say the item i wanted wasn't in stock even thoe they took the money and tried saying i can swap for a different colour?

Took 4 months to get a refund. She tried to scam me by saying I wasn’t within the 14 days of return but I was, ignored my messages and the clothes are not what they are in the photos. Would not recommend

I bought dress. 14 days awaited fo delivery. I didn’t get it. I contacted Customer service was advised they back to me next day. They didn’t. . No response at all.

Does not deserve 1 star!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered the same dress in a size 8 and size 10, when they arrived they were ‘one size’ and sat really awkward on my bust. I returned both over a month ago (had to pay to return) and still have not received a refund, they even confirmed my return by email and tried to offer me a credit note. I explained I was within the 14 day return policy so wanted my money back not a credit note. Since then I have contacted them several times and still no refund. I am now £130 down. SCAM! No matter how nice the dress looks DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered a dress for an important dress and paid extra for fast delivery. Dress not received on specified date. I enquired to find the dress had not even been sent! I asked for my order to be cancelled and a fill refund to be issued but recieved no email response AFTER TWO WEEKS.

I messaged on facebook and they told me it was too late the dress had been sent, I was then BLOCKED!!!! I received it 3 weeks late and the dress is tacky cheap and cost 75! DISGUSTED.

DO NOT buy from this company! I placed an order in January 2020 and only received two of the three items ordered, both of which were poor quality so I returned the items promptly. I never received the third item, nor did I receive the refund. My emails, text messages and letters have been ignored and I am now having to make a claim with my credit card company. I repeat, do NOT buy from this company.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have reported them to trading standards and they confirm they are keeping an eye on them as they’ve received several complaints. Save yourself a lot of headache and do not order those dresses that appear to be gorgeous but look nothing like that in real life. The first time they forced me to take a credit note as a refund takes 30 days!!!! When I still wasn’t happy, I was told I could only get a partial refund as part of my payment was with a credit note!!! This is nearly 2 months after the initial purchase and I still haven’t seen this partial payment! They have no telephone number and emails bounce back! Save yourself the stress!!!!

Promised a full refund within 14 days as that is their policy... 14 days NO REFUND. !!!
They have block me on Fb messages.
I shall be going ahead with my complaints on this company .
And making my friends and family on social media aware of this company . I shall photo shot and share all messages with the promises of refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know how this company hasn’t been investigated or shut down yet because they are definitely not genuine! Firstly, the dresses they sell are all on Ali express so for anyone thinking of ordering from them don’t bother, you’ll get the dress from China for a third of the price and much quicker too! I was 6 weeks waiting on a dress (they obviously ordered it from China after I paid for it and then had to send it to me in Ireland). When it came it was nothing like the picture and too late for the event I wanted it for, so I returned it the same day with tracked postage. The tracking service tells me they received it on 27th December and still no refund. Some airhead who keeps calling me hun and sending kisses in the text keeps telling me to wait another 14 days!!! So I’m just gonna get the bank to deal with it now. For anyone who is still waiting on refunds go to your bank with your proof of return and the texts/emails they have sent you, some banks can return the money to your credit card and the banks will then charge the company. They probably owe so much money back to customers and the banks that’s why none of us are getting our refunds. Anyway AVOID them at all costs!!

Ordered two dresses from this company which stated were in stock, waited for them to arrive only to chase up an have them say it’s not even in stock! But they still took my money!! And told me the order was on its way!! Eventually they turned up (passed the event by this time) sent them straight back the same day, even paid for special delivery to make sure they got them the very next day. I’ve had email stating they’ve received my returns it’s now 8 weeks!!!! And still no refund! Customer service is disgusting!! They just repeat themselves like robots! Refuse to give me a contact number to take it further! So I will be taking it further myself! Avoid at all cost!!!!

Do not order from this company. Ordered a bandage dress it looked great in the pictures but when it arrived it was faulty and of really poor quality. I returned it and asked for a refund. The problem was you cannot talk to anyone, the contact is by email and text message. I must of sent over a dozen emails and probably upto 10 text messages. They never replied once to my emails and only a couple of times to my texts but never with a straight answer. I never got my money back. They are ripping people off with poor quality goods and even poorer customer service. Avoid at all costs 😡😡😡

Ordered dresses on 13/1. £134 taken immediately. No delivery I have contacted their so called customer service to chase the delivery. Been told nothing only lies and false promises. Contacted at least 10 times either on their so called text service,email and fb. Advised I wanted order cancelled and refunded. No response to
Emails but so called customer service say order is cancelled but I am not in receipt of any refund. This company is not reliable. Do not order. They don’t respond to their emails so I don’t think
