Beckys dresses 

Ordered a fur gilet didn’t look like the pic at all!! It was a present for my friend 😩 I wouldn’t give her what they sent me!! I’ve waited 2 wks for delivery I’m so annoyed 50 quid str8 down the pan!! I’m going to report this company!! Wish I would have searched trust pilot before I ordered!! From China the arm holes are very small it’s above my waist just mortified!!

Very helpful staff communicating trying there hardest to find me what I was looking for. Got an amazing dress next day delivery as I always leave everything last min and was here early next day while fully keeping me informed of delivery details. Dress quality was amazing and everyone at the party I bought this for either asked where from or could they borrow it! I will 100% be ordering my future outfits from here. Thank you to the team for all their help. 5 star service

3 Months waiting for a refund and still waiting. No chance I will ever use them again. Wish I hadn't in the first place.

Stupidly tried twice to buy dresses of this website and NEVER came when I needed them which was a month prior to one event and 2 weeks prior to the next event !! The customer service is also awful as they ignored my emails and Facebook messages! Never again !

Absolutely awful, ordered a two piece and dress for my 21st birthday weekend away and they came and looked nothing like the pictures, they have been using pictures for a a lady who designs dresses in Liverpool, and once confronted about this blocked us all. Avoid it all costs as I have spent €150 on this site and they refuse to refund me for false advertised clothes!

Absolutely shocking ... avoid at all costs. They have their own staff writing good reviews to lure you in. Trust me dont do it. If I could put zero stars i would.

Waited over 3 months for a jacket. Kept on getting told be in the post next week. Refusing to give a refund even though they have not sent the jacket. Avoid this company they cause nothing but stress and disappointment

Absalutely dreadfull customer service ordored a dress well over 3 weeks ago for next day delivery only for the dress not to turn up at all i messaged as soon as i ordored after seeing in the small print that your supposed to msg before odering to make sure its in stock i had ordored it only 10 minutes before i messaged the sight to make sure it was in stock only to be ignored then get a txt message the nect day saying my dress will be there in 2-5 days so i replied to that msg saying i paid for next dat delivery only to again be ignored then i messaged again on facebook again quess what ignored again !!!!! Then my sister was messaging her she was replying strait away then the moment she mentioned my order she stopped replying then continued to ignore me for a week only replied when i messaged telling her shes being very unprofessional and saying how id like a refund and id never be shopping there again then she replied so i explained id need it sent to a diffrent address she agreed thats fine she'd change then today ive bean told my dress has bean delivered to watford i live in leicester and told her this a week in advsnce she agreed to change it now its more excuses again saying she did change the address but it mustnt have saved ILL NEVER BUY OFF HER AGAIN thr worst experience ive ever had with any clothing brand completely stressed out

Do not buy from this company. Shocking service, from reading others reviews it seems they are making they're money from customers sending back their items and not issuing a refund and ignoring everyone who tries!

Worst place to shop ever. Ordered a dress for my 18th birthday and they said it will come between 2-7 days it never arrived so I mail the company and they say it will be here tomorrow etc with no sign of the dress they then give me a tracking number saying it for for dpd and when I tried to track it nothing would come up I then ask again if it is the correct tracking number and they said it was for Royal Mail but I still couldn’t track the dress it wasn’t coming on time so I’ve had to spend more money to get a dress with next day delivery because of their mistake. The customer service of horrible and they are very unprofessional. The dress then arrived and it looks nothing like the picture at all looks very cheap. Tried to complain but no reply from them
