Today Friday the 21st of,June

Today Friday the 21st of,June, I travelled on the 524 number SK73 CHA bus from Bury back towards Bolton at approx 1.30pm. The driver was a,woman I would say in her late 30/40s. She obviously could handle the bus,but her driving was something to be questioned.She drove eratically, cornering fast causing passengers to hold on . When stopping at stops, she relied a lot on the brakes, not letting the bus slow of its own accord. When she did apply the brakes , she did so hard causing people to go forward and back against the seats. She,also had a few choice words to say to passengers. One in particular lady as she got off the bus said, " Bloody Hell that was hard work ". I've had considerable experience of driving so I know what I'm talking about. As a suggestion, you might consider doing a covert ride on one of her buses to assess her driving.

Bee Network promised much and fail so badly

Bee Network promised much and fail to deliver. Appalling service buses running late at best but fail to turn up especially on late night services leaving people stranded late at night. First Manchester were bad but this lot certainly give them a run for their money.

Your 256 to Flixton is always…horrible, swearing, vaping

Your 256 to Flixton is always horrendous, swearing, vaping, shouting, at this moment there is someone swearing and vaping and extremely loud and abusive.
256 is the absolute nightmare.
I only get it because the trains are always cancelled.
I'm paying money to listen to swearing and foul mouthed people.
Andy Burham should ride this bus and sort out his bee joke of a network.
Horrible journey every time.
I really feel for the drivers, tough job.

Shocking Customer Service

Applied for a pass returned form though TFGM Bury, I was told 7-10 Days. Customer service sent out wrong pass!! Had to chase it up twice, now on 19 days and still no pass only to be told its only just been sent. Absolutely shocking customer service no apology whatsoever

the useless bee network

cars of road , and used the bus for 6 days for work, late 6 times for work late home by 2 hrs for a 3 mile journey , 3 bus drivers just drove past as if they never saw me morning buses were ok going home a nightmare never ever again

Not for for purpose/ Abysmal

Rubbish website, rubbish customer service. Asks for a clear photo and 2 forms of ID. Sent everything CLEARLY . Fit all criteria filled in all parts of form & got rejected AFTER paying . Prob by your thick staff. Judging from these low reviews you need to improve but you probably won't as you're in denial of how bad your online service is. ! Frustrating & still not specified which part of the form was rejected so we can't rectify despite us knowing it was filled I perfectly & you gladly took the money. Should be a happy experience my daughters first travel pass but you've made it miserable.

52 bus from Failsworth tesco to cheetham hill is an absolute disgrace, there coming almost every hour ? The 3 pm one your lucky if it turns up at 3.55pm a complete and utter disgrace? Thought the other company was bad but bee network is a complete utter disgrace ?

Well done bus Drivers.

I must say these buses are way better than the old first buses we use to have. More efficient and very cheap for an adult single ticket. And new drivers too. Which is always nice to see.

4x21 pound makes 84 not 87.50

So looking to get the best value for travel, yes hard to get anything proper with Bee network but jeez to look to charge £21 for a 7 day ticket is one thing, but to charge £85.40 for 28 days when 4 x 7 days is £84 makes no sense at all. We realise your "meant" to be a professional transport service but surely someone in the company has a calculator? Or is this a way orlf ripping people office they don't notice?

Excellent service

I caught the 402 bus to oldham today and had excellent customer service from the driver. He chatted to the passengers and was very helpful assisting me to catch my connecting bus.

Worse ever.

Worse ever.. charge £60 even if you genuinely made an error.. take your money in 3 seconds but if it’s an appeal.. it may take 21 days to get your money back..as if people can afford to lose that amount of money… terrible customer service.. fill this form in .. oh no don’t bother ringing.. we don’t deal with it .. register and then fill that form in.. less than one star if I could for a company that tries to make it difficult to appeal so you don’t bother

Tracking on app never works. Timetable made up as they go along.
Buses missing left right and centre.
Didn't think public transport could get any worse, then Bee network comes along.

Driver taking wrong route

Buses turning up late or not at all. Waiting almost 2 hours for the 35 bus after a 13 hour shift at salford royal hospital. Having to constantly pay for taxis to get to work , get my daughter to school and get to appointments on time. Then today going to work the driver took a completely wrong route that was way out and refused to let passengers get off as he said he had to turn around. Missed all stops between Worsley and Salford precinct as he ended up going via trafford park and Salford quays then dumped most passengers at Salford precint and told us we would have to get another bus back. Very concerning as there normally would have been children going to school on this bus in winton, monton etc. A child could have been stranded in an unknown area with no money to get back. Absolutely disgraceful.

Given a fine For an error

I can’t believe I was given a fine bc of an innocent mistake with Apple Pay. £60 pound fine bc my £1.90 Apple Pay didn’t register with the machine . Clearly I wasn’t trying to rob the Transit system if I tapped off at my final journey. Every day I get signs that I should move back to Canada. England vexes me
