I bought a new Beko fridge /freezer back in Dec 2024 and it only lasted for 10 weeks.
I got in touch with my supplier, first of all a engineer came to check my fridge/freezer &was going to repair it and on the same day my supplier rang to say a replacement was to be delivered in a couple days, so I was delighted & thanks to Beko.

When arrived we unboxed the fridge freezer and the drawer and shelves in fridge had all fell down damaged the plastic drawer so we were not happy with that

Shocking customer service and after sales. Wash machine bought December 2024. Leaked the 21st February called power city they told us to call Beko waited 3 days for call back engineer arrived Saturday didn't have the part will order, will contact us when the part arrives and organise another time and date. Absolutely fuming will never purchase another Beko product

Useless. Funallt after several days of trying to get through to customer services i succeed, only for the girl on the phone says that they didn't have ANY of my details that I used to register my device. After asking me stupid questions for half an hour she says an engineer will call me with 24 to 48 hours.... 2 weeks later no phone call.

Previously I had different brands of heat pump dryers that didn’t dry well and didn’t have reverse motion, turning all bedding clothes into balls. I was very disappointed in purchasing this dryer. Finally, I decided to buy a different brand after I checked all the specifications. I purchased a Beko condenser tumble dryer. The machine has reversed motion and dries excellently. I am more than happy to purchase Beko tumble dryers.

The operating instructions for both washing machine and to a lesser extent the dishwasher are far too confusing. The extensive booklets were obviously written by somebody who knows the machines technically intimately and not for the new average domestic user. I can't find any mention of cycle duration but plenty on water usage. Neither machine's display panels seem to show duration or time left.

I bought a Beko dishwasher in October 2024. After just one month, it stopped working—Error 02 on the screen, which, according to Google, means no water or low water pressure.

That time, they sent an "engineer" within a few days. He showed up, looked around, and—wait for it—removed the filter from the hose. 😂 Genius-level engineering! Apparently, that tiny filter sometimes blocks the water flow.

Fine. Fast forward exactly one month later—same error, same dead dishwasher. But this time, since it was just before Christmas, I was forced to wait nearly a month for the "engineer" to come back. They initially told me "two working days", but that magically turned into a month because, after New Year, the engineer’s van broke down. 🤦

Finally, two weeks ago, he showed up, did something, the machine started working again, mumbled something about "vault" and left. Exactly one week later? Dead again. Same error.

So now, I've been without a dishwasher for a month and a half. The next step? A spare part! Which was promised to arrive today—of course, that never happened. Now, they say it’ll be here next week… or maybe not???

Thank you, Beko, I paid for the dishwasher and washing dishes myself! Never ever!

One word AVOID at all costs. Beko Customer service for Republic of Ireland is very poor. I was left holding on phone for 20 mins and still no contact. The item is still under warranty and they still have not been in contact to have repair / inspection.

Customer service is a joke. I waited on hold for 40 minutes in relation to a problem with my fridge. I was told to call another company to assist. The number they gave me did not work. Complete and utter waste of time.

We were very pleased with our larder fridge it was perfect for our utility room and matched the freezer we had also purchased.
It was a very good price.

Value for money

Terrible customer service they ring your phone and hang up ! I’m 8 weeks without a washing machine that I only bought 6 months ago! Shocking

The Beko appliance is fine but the buying and installation process was horrendous.

Excellent dishwasher

Unexpected very good product.After many searches I decided to purchase this coffee machine and I have to say I’m very impressed,coffee is exceptionally good as this machine is offering many options for different types of coffee,easy to use and nice design.

45 mins waiting on hold to speak to anyone. What a complete waste of time.

Bought a replacement dishwasher, replacing a Hisense machine which was beyond repair. This Beko machine is so much better and the (only 3 year old) Hisense one! I've had Beko before and would definitely recommend them.
