Good value for money

I am extremely disappointed with my Beko washing machine and the lack of support from their customer service team. After just three years of use, the machine's drum has developed significant rust, which is causing red and brown stains on nearly all white clothes that cannot be removed.

We’ve made several efforts to resolve the issue, including:

Using color catchers,
Trying different detergents,
Running multiple cleaning cycles, and
Cleaning the water reservoir.
Unfortunately, none of these have worked, and we are now losing nearly all of our white clothes. When I reached out to Beko customer service for help, they were unhelpful and offered no solutions or assistance.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand like Beko. I would not recommend their products to anyone.

I have bought beko products for many years and they last a long time and are reliable and reasonable priced. What's not to like

Avoid at all Costs. Washer/Dryer broke down and well within warranty. Every time I call, they put me on hold to call the engineer, and this call goes to voicemail. I was promised a call back from the escalation team and it never happened. Called again and advisor said they can't transfer me through to escalation team, but would remind them when they see them on the floor.

The washer/dryer is within warranty and there is effort to repair or replace the machine. The Beko warranty is worthless. I'll never purchase a product from this manufacturer again.

4 hours of my life totally wasted - trying to arrange an engineer to come look at my washing machine (which is well within warranty)
Customer service agents with very broken English - no access to any systems to verify warranty - being passed from pillar to post, and gotta try all over again tomorrow..

We received the washing machine promptly + at a good price from Cassidy electrical in Donegal Town. Instructions regarding warranty/guarantee were very easily followed. All round, a good experience.

A first time experience of using a tumble dryer, and it fully matched expectation. The programmes used so far have all done an excellent job. Fluff cleaning and water draining are simple to do. The machine sits in our 1st floor bathroom, and the thrum as it tumbles the washing, makes a re-assuring beat in the room below.

The machine came with a fixed lable with a phone no to ring for extra waranty.phone no does not work.inside the booklet theres another phone no that does not work.had to go back.to store just to get the right phone no a waste of my time

Great oven so quite I forgot it was on and burnt pizza

We recently purchased a Beko washing machine. Have found it to be absolutely perfect for our house. I use the extra spin after a wash for the dryer and it’s completely cut down the length of time our dryer is on.

beko trouble with cooker no answer from phone no. given engaged all day everyday this going all for almost a month cant get another no to call . please someone help me. i will never ever buy anything from them again
