Rasy. Efficient. Great value

Easy to use website. Easy booking process. The best prices. As usual (and this will be my 10th season with Ben's Bus).
Yes Geneva airport is chaotic, but the alternatives are many times more expensive.

Wonderful Personalised Xfer

On 3rd April 2026 I arrived at Grenoble at 9am after various flight changes beyond my control. Ben's Bus adapted to my airline changes automatically and provided an earlier xfer time.
I was the only passenger going to Tignes so they got me on a Val Thorens Coach for a change at Moutiers. I expected to wait there for a couple of hours to join a Geneva or Lyon Coach but no, they provided a mini Bus straightaway for just me and I arrived 2hrs EARLY!
I have used Ben's Bus for years, their Coaches are modern, comfortable, and powerful, and the French drivers make a superb team. All Staff helpful, efficient, and friendly.
I'm hooked.
Thank you Ben's Bus for making things easy.
Fred.

A budget service, but that's OK. Poor customer relations are not.

On arrival at Geneva my party reported to the BensBus desk and we were evidently given an incorrect time to return for the transfer. We all heard the same time and were back 5 minutes early but found no one else there. After a bit a rep appeared and hurried us to the bus, where we were literally shouted at: ‘Everyone else was on time!’, as though we were children on a school trip. At least we got our luggage loaded for us because, as we were told, the driver risked being charged extra for overstaying in the airport. I think the bus left near enough on time. En route I asked other passengers what time they had been told to return for boarding, and it was 10 minutes earlier than we were told.

BensBus were somewhat helpful over our return, since one of us had a broken leg in a full splint. In the booked bus, they could offer no more than an aisle seat, as it was full, but we could have taken a much earlier one with three seats free in a row. But the insurance company arranged a taxi, so, as requested by BensBus, I cancelled the bus so that they did not waste time trying to find us (again!).

It was good except for waiting and wondering at the airport…that made me uneasy and it wasn’t clear I hadn’t missed the bus , it was just late. We were standing in a group in a certain spot and I just think communication could have been a bit better as every so often a group would leave and I kept worrying I’d missed the bus as the time had passed and kept having to go check

'Mr M' and 'Ms S'. Ben's Bus Geneva Airport.

The Trust Pilot guidance says leave out personal names, hence 'Mr M' and 'Ms S' , Ben's Bus Stand in Geneva Airport.
Exceptional, kind, understanding and efficient service !

Preferably book ahead online to be sure of a place , or otherwise certainly seek their stand out First in Geneva Airport.

I was badly let down at the very last minute by others on a pre-booked very long transfer to the mountains. After enquiring at other airport transfer stands I would have been stranded until very late that night , at best..! , as nothing was available.

' Mr M ' and ' Ms S' of Ben's Bus Geneva Airport amazingly stepped in and got me onto a coach for the 3 1/2 hour transfer some time later that afternoon.
It was a difficult day from the outset as flights disruption had also ' not been ideal '...

It was such a great blessed relief to come across 'Mr M' and 'Ms S' of Ben's Bus Geneva Airport Stand, at a very trying time...
Thank you both immensely for your kindness, understanding and efficiency.
Really Great Representatives of Ben's Bus Geneva Airport.
All the Best 'Mr P'. ⛷️

Missed our flight home and poor communicatiom

Journey to ski resorts was fine and quick no issues.
However journey back was abysmal. Due to heavy snow we were severely delayed and missed our flights. I emailed in the night before to ensure operation would be going ahead despite the heavy snow predicted. I was ensured everything would be going ahead still. We waited at the bus stop for over 2 hours in the cold with an infant. The rep at the station was pretty useless and didn’t update us unless we hassled her. I feel if I am able to check the weather the night before then surely a transport company can do the same and communicate with the resort to see if there are any road closures. In complaining to them directly after getting home they were not apologetic in the slightest and not interested in any refunds or compensation.
If you don’t mind gambling on missing your flights if there is poor weather then Bens bus is for you as it’s cheap. However we won’t be using them again. Rather spend a bit extra and get a mini bus.

Dear Mr Sassons.

We are sorry that you were caught up in the terrible traffic conditions of the 10th January, which were totally unpredicted.

Having been running transfers for 20 years, we have learned, unsurprisingly, to check weather conditions in the mountains. Every Monday morning we have a managers conference call where we discuss the upcoming week-end. We carefully study the weather forecast, including the freezing level as that indicates if it will snow on the valley floor, which massively increases the chances of slow moving traffic. We also check for any other possible disruptions, such as strikes, protests and heavy traffic (although, due to our vast experience, we already know when we plan our bus times on what dates and times of the days traffic will be particularly heavy). We then make plans accordingly.

What we cannot predict however, is when accidents and badly cleared snow will cause exceptional delays, as was the case on the 10th January from your resort when the road was totally gridlocked and non-moving for many, many hours.

We have studied our various communications with you, both before your holiday, your transfer date and on your transfer day and can find nothing wrong. As set out in our emails and letters, the traffic to your resort on that day was exceptional. What is most note-worthy is that we encountered no delays from the other resorts in the Tarentaise valley, including Tignes, Val d'Isere, La Plagne and Les Arcs. The awful,

The gridlocked traffic situation on the mountain road to your resort made regional - and probably national - news. It was utterly awful and totally unpredicted. There was no way of us or anyone else knowing how bad it would be. Thousands of people must have missed their flights that day including people booked on any other transport (except helicopters!) The delays and gridlocked traffic continued into the next day, with our Sunday morning buses heading into the resort also encountering severe traffic, which just does not happen on a Sunday morning.

We are truly sorry that you encountered a delay but sometimes, unfortunately, exceptional things happen that are outside of transport company's control.

Transfer between Geneva and Les Arcs

Perfect service on the way out (31/01/26), not quite so good on the way back as bus was 45 mins late at pick up in Les Arcs and had to make a stop on the way back for the driver rest time so took a long time. having said that, arrived (just)on time and would definitely use the service again.

Driver (Sebastian) was very pleasant and very apologetic about the delay.
