No returns label in package, only contactable by leaving an email and they say they will get back to you.

Don't buy from the Company.

Please do not use this company. This is company based in China, not the UK. I bought these for my wife. The clothes are awful quality. To return the goods, they need to be returned to an address in China, they will not supply an address label and recommend that the goods are tracked, so the cost to return will probably be quite high. Will speak to the credit card company and see what they say. Based on past experience for those that paid by PayPal, to get a refund you must have returned the goods to them.

This company shouldn’t be allowed to advertise here.My order came from HongKong.Wrong size and no reply from customer service so really scammed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Agree with all other reviews. Took ages to arrive, and the quality of the dress is terrible. I paid £30 for a dress. When it came the description was nothing like the dress. I wouldn’t have paid £1 for it. This company will not refund or even respond to emails. It’s a scam, please stay clear

I’m appalled to find that I have also fallen victim to this company- the dress I ordered finally arrived and is nothing like the photo on their Facebook advert. I had no idea the dress would be shipped from China and has to be returned there. I feel so stupid that I have been conned and have just wasted my money as I’m pretty certain their offer of a 30% refund will not be honoured, even dwere I to accept it. Do not place any orders with this company!

Do not buy anything from here. My order took ages to arrive, and then when it did arrive it was the wrong dress. I am trying desperately to send it back and get a refund - as per the guarantee on their website - but they refuse to do so. Dreadful service and a total scam.

Dreadful company. Agree with all the other reviewers. Took ages for my order to arrive and it was absolute trash in e every way. It is hopeless to get a refund and they offer every excuse and offers of something else when all you want is your money back. Who wants the hassle of returning something to China anyway. DO NOT give these scammers the chance of selling you anything.

Terrible clothes, cheap and nasty. No response from company re return. Lesson learned - Google reviews first. Not worth one star. We should all spread the word

Please do not be conned by this company. The products are rubbish and it is impossible to get a refund as you have to post to China as the London address is a serviced office that they do not inhabit, just use the address to con the uk market.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Their website is misleading. Their sizing is way off and the material of the product are not as per picture and is cheap tat. I have now emailed them 9 times asking for a refund. They are trying everything possible not to refund me. They have now sent me 2 different addresses to return my product to. 1 in America and 1 in China. Please do not get caught out as it looks like this is a common theme

After seeing their post on Facebook, I ordered 4 items from Berkshire Fashion Outlet. I then read bad reviews and I asked Berkshire for their return address wouldnot give it to me, so I cancelled my order. The items still arrived and the leather jacket is plastic and the goods are substandard. They then provided me with an address in China although their website gives the impression that they are a UK company. I do not know what to do, and they over £120.00 of my money.

Oh dear been well and truly scammed here! Piece of cheap rubbish has arrived after weeks. Looks like a child's sewing class gone wrong. Cheap horrid polyester. Don't hold out much hope of a refund but will give it a go. Probs end up contacting credit card to report as a fraud.

this is a review just to say that Berkshire Fashion outlet has absolutely nothing to do with Berkshire Tile outlet. We are getting numurous phone calls asking for the fashion outlet. We are currently trying to report this company as we understand there are a lot of people not getting their goods and the people are thinking the company is us.

Feel embarrassed that I too fell for their advertising and didn’t check reviews. When the dress arrived it was nothing like the photographs. Very poor quality, nylon and dreadful fit. Straight from a factory in China, confirmed by the time it took to come and shipping company.
Feel like a right mug. As no documentation came with the dress I don’t want want to waste any money trying to return it.
May contact PayPal to get something back.

I agree with everyone else. Cheap and nasty material, handmade badly, wrong colour cotton to sew it, wrong size. Not a redeeming feature. Steer well clear.

This company advertised on Facebook and I loved a dress that was shown. Ordered the dress. It arrived this morning, what a shock when I opened the parcel. Nothing like the advertised dress, poor inferior quality material, sizing inaccurate. Have contacted the company for a full refund and prepaid return label. If this doesn’t happen will resort to PayPal who I used for payment.
Lesson learnt.

Great attractive website promoted on Facebook. I unfortunately clicked on the link and ordered 5 dresses described as 100% cotton.
Beware the same company uses many names to promote its products.
Stupid me, the Which.com warns people of Facebook promoting fake and deceiving businesses. I should have listened.
First of all, the delivery time given is no where near the number of weeks that it actually took. Another deceit.
Then the delivery tracking number did not correspond to any UK companies they claim using like Royal Mail and DPD. This already sent massive red flags.
I was not sure I would receive anything at all but the dresses I received are made of synthetic material which my body can't bear.
DON'T buy anything from such a deceiving company, which is NOT based in the UK but China.
Let's see how the refund goes.
