UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Complete and utter scam! I kick myself for being so stupid and falling for it. The dresses are disgusting, cheap nasty synthetic material. Fortunately I paid through PayPal, so I will be seeking advice via them. I’ll also speak to Trading Standards. Almost impossible to return. I like many other have been offered 30% discount to keep the dresses….they are only good for cleaning the floor with!

I have just successfully won a dispute with the company through PayPal and am getting a full refund through their buyer protection. I suggest that anyone reading this contact do the same whether it be through PayPal or the bank

Also wish read reviews on this 'company'! Their money back guarantee is worthless. Emailed for returns label but instead was offered 30% refund & told to keep dress I want to return. Not holding out much hope my request for 50% refund will be acted upon (I shall keep dress as suggested & alter it - probably make better job of it!)

Update: They've given me 50% refund to my Paypal a/c, as requested.

They have offered me 30% refund plus I am able to keep the ghastly synthetic piece of material that is supposed to be a dress!

The blouse looks nothing like the photos and came straight from China and not Berkshire. Terrible material and fit and impossible to return.

A linen dress came in the thinnest cotton and not even same colour!

Shockingly bad!!! Ordered a dress it arrived today! Synthetic material no shape would fit two of me. Trying to get a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!

Do not buy from this company. I’m convinced it’s a scam. Stupidly ordered 4 dresses, non of which looked anything like the phots on the website. Awful quality fabric etc. Asked on numerous occasions for an address to return the items but they are refusing to give me one. Have offered me a 30% refund which I have refused. Against my better judgment, I said I would accept 75% but haven’t heard from them since. Absolutely disgusted.

Take note of all the other reviews. This is a money making scam. Sent me a pair of trousers which cost £31....they were awful. Terrible cheap material, mis-shapen, wrongly sized. I requested a refund and a returns label. They then offer you 20% refund, then when you decline 30% and then 50%. When you insist on refund they tell you to get a refund you have to return it but their returns centre is in the USA and it is at your cost. They will offer no more than 50%. Trousers probably cost about £3 to make in China that's why they readily offer you up to 50% as they are still majorly in profit. Shysters.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Wish I had read reviews but got sucked into thinking this was a UK company - the stuff comes from China & trying to return unwanted items is really difficult - i finally got a return address & info after threatening them with reporting to trading standards unless they told me the process - not sure I will end up getting a refund…
This company is trading under different names pretending to be British & offering no quibble returns & refunds- they do not make it clear you will actually need to post the items to china to get a refund!

Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered dress which still hasn’t arrived, & it sounds as if it won’t be worth having if it does. Feeling very stupid to have fallen for this scam & doesn’t sound like I’ll get a refund, so will have to put it down to experience & not buy anything without checking reviews first.

Shouldn’t even get one star! The clothes are appalling. Returns are to China which you have to pay for and they deduct 10% of the order value if you do get as far as a refund.

Still battling to get ALL my money back after receiving an offer of 30% and I keep an unwearable dress. It bears no resemblance to the photo advert, is of a different fabric, extremely large and appalling quality. I declined and they have now told me to send back to China which will cost between £5 and £10 depending on whether it is signed for or not. If I go for the former they will say they haven't had it. If I go for the latter they will 'inspect' it and I have a strong suspicion they will say it is damaged and refuse a refund. Nowhere on the website is there any suggestion stuff isn't mailed out from the UK as would be expected given the name of this outfit! Or that returns are half way round the world. There is no ethical or sustainability statement either. I dread to think who had made this item and under what conditions.
Go to scam detector and you will see wheat they say about it

The item I ordered was probably a Chinese large and would fit a size 8 here! Fabric was a synthetic mix although advertised as linen. Have already donated to charity shop.
Refund of 30% offered to keep the item
Alternative to return at my expense to China for full refund but deducting 10%. Haha.

Absolute rubbish deceitful company , I ordered 2 dresses and they are nothing like the ones advertised. Cheap material, not sure what it is but nothing like cotton. Do not buy from this company.

I'm becoming increasingly concerned as I ordered a dress weeks ago and tried tracking the delivery. I've fallen into the trap!!. It would be interesting to see the advertised garment and what you have received. Reading the negative reviews, if I do receive the dress I'll be using it as a duster

Not even one star really!! Awful quality & sizing !!!! DO NOT BUY from this company! I feel such a mug 😢
