Paid £75.00 for two items of clothing from Berkshire Outlet. The items were rubbish offered 30% then 50% refund, still waiting.I payed through PayPal and [wait for it] PayPal has sided with these crooks so, what does that say about Pay Pal? This was the response.We are based in the US and we can only process returns to our main warehouse in China. The address in London is a drop off point for UK deliveries and unfortunately, they do not accept returns.

I bought a jumpsuit and the quality was awful. I contacted company to arrange to send back and followed their procedures to the letter. They are refusing to refund me as they’ve lost the parcel and want a tracker number even though their procedures do not say to send it tracked. Have provided proof of postage but they still won’t. Put claim in with PayPal who have sided with company. The company are con artists and customer service appalling. Stay well clear from this company. I am not the only one who have experienced this, it appears they refuse refunds a lot and lose many parcels

I left a review about how their clothes were the worst made, cheap and nasty fabric. Now I have returned the clothes, and you probably guessed it, I can't get a refund. The company in China keeps saying they haven't received the packages back. Opening a dispute with bank or Paypal.

This is a sham company claiming to be an English outlet but this is a total misnomer as the goods come from China where they are produced with cheap fabric under god knows what conditions. The quality of the garment I received would indicate a sweat shop. You can't really return unless you post to Shang Hai which obviously deters most people so the company makes money from people like me. Paid 29 got 8 back. Scandalous.

I ordered a dress on line & when it eventually arrived it was way too long for me. I have tried to get a return address but the company just want to send me another dress and won’t tell me where to return the first one. I can’t find a phone number to call them.
After I had posted this review I also contacted PayPal explaining the problems other people had experienced. They looked into this company & are now handling the case on my behalf. Other reviews were very helpful in this matter.

Be aware! This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Item was not stitched properly, colours bleeding into each other and sizing not correct. Images on website of clothing do not accurately reflect the items for sale or that you think you are buying. I requested a return address for a full refund. An address in China was given and an offer of 30% refund if I did not return and kept the item 🤔 I continue to request return address in UK for a full refund and have instigated my consumer rights I am not holding my breath!!!! I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company 😒

Please do not use if you think you may need to send back. I ordered to item and sent one back to the address that was on the packaging. They are saying that it was the wrong address and will not refund me. The last time I will buy from any of the sponcered sites again!

I so wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered!! I feel so stupid for being taken in by this scam company.
I ordered dresses that are absolutely nothing like the pictures and the quality is utterly appalling. Only 2 arrived out of the 3 I ordered from the ad on Facebook. I will be reporting them but not hopeful for a refund or a successful outcome after reading these reviews.

This is a scam. Their clothing is dreadful quality, the fabric wouldn’t even make good dishcloths! They offered 30% then 50% off when I requested a return, and when I refused they informed me I had to return the items to CHINA! My fault, I should have read these reviews before I got suckered in by their false product photographs.

Purchased a dress from an Instagram post. No suggestion item was coming from China. Item never arrived. Companies response, make a claim through Royal Mail, no interest in helping me.

I made a very detailed complaint (like everyone else quality poor and 'hassle-free return' involved returning to China despite the company claiming to be the biggest fashion outlet in England!) to Paypal who rejected my first claim, but after contacting them with a photo and a request to read the complaint again, gave a full refund. I strongly suggested they should stop offering their service to this awful company. Let's see.

Always check reviews on Trustpilot before giving money away as I have done to Berkshire. I spent over £100 for leather boots that were actually fabric, not leather and way too small. 'Cotton' dungarees were polyester, too small, not worth returning for refund as I daren't risk any more money! Charity shop gained, not me. Avoid! They advertised on Facebook who clearly don't check who they promote and they don't care either. Scams abound!

I purchased 8 outfits from Berkshire Outlet. As many of you have already highlighted, the dresses were of a very poor quality and nothing like their descriptions on their website.

I was offered a replacement initially, offered a 30% refund and 50% refund and to keep the dresses. I declined and insisted on a full refund. I was finally provided with a return address. I returned the outfits to Shanghai in China and paid the costs of postage. They do say postage will be the customers responsibility in their returns policy, but fail to mention Shanghai in China is where it should be returned.

My account was credited for the full costs of purchase as soon as it was received by the company.

So, shame about the quality of the dresses, shame about paying for the return postage, but I did get my refund in full.

My own silly fault - I should have read the reviews on Trustpilot before I place my order.

Do not use this company. They promise hassle free returns! They are lying. They want returns sent back to China. Read all the negative comments. I got caught, please don't do the same. They should be closed down. Don't fall for this scam company.

Since writing this review, I have received a very prompt response asking why I want to return, before they let me know how I will be able to do so.
As with the other reviews, one star is too much, it's very disappointing to have been taken in by this company who have cleverly given themselves a very English name "Berkshire" leading us to believe it's in Berkshire. The clothes are very poorly made, the materials used do not resemble the product described, although the descriptions are all more or less the same. I have only just received my order, one is ok-ish, the other horrid. I do not expect a reply to my return request and put it down to experience, checking reviews before being seduced into buying. Now I know why I love Sea Salt, White Stuff, which are more expensive but beautiful materials, beautifully made. My advice at present would be not to use this company, unless things change.

I would NEVER buy from this company again. Bought two items (IMO they were poorly made). Sent an email to request a refund. As they didn’t reply for a few days, sent the items back to an address in UK. Apparently because of this, I can not receive a refund. Many emails have been sent back and forward.

Just like the other customers I have been ripped off by Berkshire outlet who have nothing to do with England. They are based in Shanghai. I waited weeks to receive a very poor quality dress, wrong size, no return address. I contacted their support email and after many emails they agreed to give back 50%. Outrageous to rip off customers like that and totally dishonest. AVOID AVOID.

Well I’m not looking forward to this return after reading all these reviews, the clothes like you say look like nothing on the models, not shabby chic shabby crap. I really regret buying these

Really disappointed, this is a dreadful company.

Ordered a Madison dress but when it arrived the fabric was completely different to the fabric in the photos of the advertisements. The dress was made of the poorest quality material and I would never wear anything that looks such poor quality. Not sure it is worth wasting any more money in trying to send it back to China …..
