Bespoke Bathing 

I recently engaged the services of Bespoke Bathing Company Ltd (Worcestershire) and after an initial assessment and quote, Richard & Warren (Welsh Wizards) were tasked to do the job. Great pair of lads excellent at their job, very professional, fast, skilled and I would certainly recommend the lads to anyone to do any bathroom work.

We had Warren and Richard come and install a wet room and the work carried out was outstanding. They are very polite and work in a clean and tidy manner.

My bathroom was looking very tired and my recent loss of mobility meant that a walk-in bath and shower were essential. However, I didn’t want a bathroom that looked like something out of a care home. I am absolutely delighted with the Bespoke Bathing solution. The new bathroom is both modern and elegant.

I needed a complete installation - from plumbing in a new walk-in bath/shower, sink and toilet to the installation of new flooring, wall coverings, ceiling and lighting. I was surprised that a 2-man team (Ben and Jay) had the necessary skills to do all this work, and to a really high standard. My 1960s apartment also has some fairly idiosyncratic plumbing but they seemed to enjoy the challenge. The entire project took just 5 days from delivery to the final clean up and Ben and Jay were professional, courteous and cheerful throughout - and the quality of finish is absolutely flawless.

Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke Bathing.

warren and Richard have started work on our wet room. found all sorts of problems and solved them without any fuss. very clean and tidy workers and also thought about problems my husband might have and suggested better solutions. we cant praise them highly enough.

we were reassured from the first visit of a Bespoke representative that the wet room which we wanted was achievable and we were given a detailed plan which we were happy with. The two fitters,Warren and Richard , also removed any worries we had by being completely professional ,committed to the job, removing the old fittings and with a lot of hard work and few breaks producing a finished room which pleases us greatly. They waited to be confident that everything was in order and that there were no problems before

The 5 stars are for the quality of the engineer & the goods supplied. Kostas was amazing, his knowledge & professional skills are brilliant. He also communicated with us & didn't just bash on, he also advised us if he thought there was a better way. I would recommend him any time. The quality of the goods supplied was great also. The thing that let the contract down was communication form the office prior to the work starting, I had to phone to get news it wasn't always communicated, also we had a delivery of the goods which we knew nothing about. This improved after the wok started due to a problem which was sorted smoothly & quickly

We had a consutation about design needs, design preferences where we discussed and chose materials and wetroom suites in July. In November our corner bathroom suite has been removed and replaced with a lovely wetroom, cupboards, grab rails, The door to the bathroom rehung to open in opposite direction allowing wheelchair access. All rubble and junk removed and gritty shavings hoovered up. My elderly father who unfortunately was rushed into hospital now has a treat to look forward to.If you are looking for a good, professionsal trustworthy company that offers good workmanship and

What a great team,from office staff to delivery guy they could not have been more helpful.What makes it work so well is that they operate as a team with excellent interpartmental communication.The engineers are outstanding and the transformation is far above our expectations.I really cannot praise them enough, they have made my wife a much happier person because she feels safe and better able to control her showering experience.Thank you all at Bespoke Bathing Company.

Wanted my bath replacing with a shower enclosure, Bespoke Bathing Company sent Warren and Richard to do the job and boy did they do a good job, they are first class top lads and I would recommend them to anybody.

Very good service provided by 2 appointed engineers who came usually on time and when we wanted them.

The work carried out by your fitters was excellent and they were both clean and tidy in their work. My only reservation I had about the Company was the speed with which you wanted to be paid - this was quicker than any other company I have ever dealt with (and I am 76 years old) which made me wonder if the Company was about to go under due to lack of funds. To act in this manner certainly made me suspicious and did not fill me with confidence. However everything was good in the end.

They have just finished fitting our new shower room in the garage. Charles the fitter is with out doubt the best bathroom fitter come one man builder I have ever met. From the sales meeting to the land works and then inside works have all been handled superbly. If I had a gripe at all it would be their office coordination as I think the girl Tilly is either over loaded or possible not very organised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this organisation to anyone. How many companies do you have the MD checking up and visiting every job not once but three times. Not cheap but worth every penny

I've left The Dream Team, aka Warren & Richard transforming our tired old bathroom into a gorgeous wetroom, they've even gone the extra mile and installed a new stoptap for us. If you want a friendly courteous and extremely hard working team to install your wetroom - these are the guys. Early starts & late finishes - I thought I had done away with them when I retired.. We contracted bespoke bathing to renovate our 1950s bathroom in a Victorian house and make it accessible for my wife, who is disabled. Bespoke bathing gave a reasonable quote and made good suggestions about the design. The work was done by Warren and Richard who were very adaptable and helpful, consulting on every detail as they went along. Even more important, the quality of the workmanship was the best I have seen – having had several bathrooms fitted over the years. The job was not straightforward, having to interface with an old house and an outdated plumbing system, but the result is superb. The organisation was excellent with materials and fittings being delivered as required, minimising the disruption to our house. Many thanks.

Joe and Peter were the fitters sent to completely renovate my 93 year old fathers bathroom by taking out the bath and replacing with a walk-in shower, installing new toilet, washbasin etc etc. We were consulted at every stage of the installation with grab rails, seat etc being put in the right place for dad. I cannot thank these two guys enough for their courtesy and professionalism throughout the five days. They stayed late on the Friday evening to complete the project. I highly recommend the company, fitters and Tilly in the office who co-ordinated the project. Many thanks for a job well done and dad is delighted with his new bathroom.
