Bespoke Bathing 

Excellent job. I am so pleased with our new bathroom refurbishment. Everything has been done to a very high and professional standard - it looks amazing! We had a two-man team who took only 3 days to do the job - a very fast turnaround! I would highly recommend them and they are well verse with the Covid-19 situation (even have they own cups for a cuppa - smile). Very pleasant guys to have around the house. Book 'em! Good morning I am writing this review about my experience about this special time we are having about social distances we are having are bathroom changed to a wet room now we had the people come out before looked and payed the deposit then this epidemic happen. We got a phone call saying that we could get are bathroom done there will be a 2 man team coming there name will be Richard & Warren my wife and I discussed the possibility for the work to Commence ... they are working in one place so we could keep are self in the front room so we would be fine ... the second question was these people work together and during locked they are living together in the same house so that fine ... so we said yes to have the job done . People would be nervous because of the time we are living at this moment in time but you have to consider the people are loosening there jobs, company’s are folding because people are worried about covid-19 but if you keep your distance wash your hands do what you are told there is no risk ... so if you have order you bathroom from this company and you are debating to have it done during this special time I know that they have 2 teams working one in the north and one in the south You have to way up the situation I am glad that we have had the work done they are friendly people clean as they do the work advise us what they are doing daily so I would give them a 5 star rating

Excellent! Powerlift spa bath with shower installed plus wc and basin. The fitters Jay and Ben were top of their league. They were incredible! Highly skilled. Professional, attention to every detail, all tiling etc. finished off perfectly. No mess left before they left. Spotlessly clean. Sparkling new bathroom. A bonus for me was their sense of humour meaning their presence in my house was extremely pleasant. Bespoke Bathing delivered above and beyond my expectations and Ben and Jay must take full credit. I fully recommend Bespoke Bathing.

We had a superb bathroom fitted just over twelve months ago by Bespoke. Recently there was a problem with a defective tap on one of the sinks. Bespoke sent out an engineer, Kostos, who fitted a new tap at no cost to us. The engineer was very professional and left the bathroom in the same clean condition that he found it. Mr and Mrs D Green of Birmingham.

Update in answer to this companies complaint we did mention the issues to the operations manager on the second visit. My husband told him all about the issues. Regarding the first visit we did not see anyone as we were at a drs appointment and only our son was home. So no we didnt tell him as we weren't home and he left as we pulled up in our car when returning from the doctors. We signed to say things were ok because the builder said we had to but we wrote some of our complaints on the form. The builders were the only ones in contact with us at the time and we told them our complaints. I feel very wronged by this company and i also have proof

I had a very bad experience with this company. My new shower room is looking great however we did not get what we paid for. Both the salesman and the surveyor told us we could have our shower tray fitted ground level which would help me as im disabled. But the builders said it couldn't be done so we had to settle for an above ground level one, which wouldnt be too bad had they moved the toilet as they told us they would. Now its so close to the shower tray that i fear falling over the shower tray. I suffer from severe Arthritis in both my knees which give way a lot and i now feel unsafe in my shower room. Also we chose a square tap for the sink which was about £120 but they put in a cheap £20 one. Also the shower pressure is really bad, they offered to put in a pump at their expense however we paid for it in the first place. They did not follow our wishes for the walls. We wanted sparkle on 2 walls and marble on 2 walls, yet we got 1 and a half sparkle and 2 and a half marble. Plus we had no toilet to use for 8 days in the day time as the toilet was taken outside daily plus 1 night we had to pay for a hotel as we couldnt use the bathroom for 24 hours. Had we been warned about this we could've made arrangements. The builders were very friendly and did a great job but the plans they were given were not what we had agreed to. The company were not willing to discuss all these issues with us or come to any agreement. We are very disappointed with everything and so would never reccomend this company. So many issues that we had have put us off . Shame as we wouldve used them for our new kitchen had they not conned us

Very small bathroom converted to a shower room, the room was completely re-constructed from floor to ceiling.
The room is now bright and airy, bath removed and replaced with shower, lavatory and wash basin replaced.
The plans for the change were in a state of flux until the plumber finally examined the sub surface of the room.
The work was expertly finished, there was a considerable quantity of rubbish, this was removed within a week of finalisation.

I am thoroughly delighted with my bathroom refit.The two workmen,Joe and Peter were very professional in their work and very friendly. Thank you very much for making my bathing experience safer to use.

A big thank you to Jason and Ben, the “A team” from Bespoke Bathing Ltd. They did a cracking job on Dad’s bathroom refurbishment. This was a 5 day programme which they completed on time and with top quality workmanship. They protected Dad’s house from dust and debris, always cleared up at the end of days work and made sure there was water and heating on before they left for the day. They even made Dad a cuppa when they had a brew ! Well done guys. I have no hesitation in recommending this team for your bathroom refurbishment.

Had bespoke bathing company put in a shower unit into my 96 year old mothers retirement flat, They came and recommend what shower should be put in, and the cost was reasonable,
The sent there engineer colin, who was very knowledgeable,
And advise us to a few changes to make the water flow better,
He did a magnificent job, and my mother is very please with the results, Would very much recommend this company,

Love our new bathroom, fitted by the hardworking Miro. No mess left at the end of the day. Had a couple of small teething problems but were fixed promptly to our satisfaction.
