Excellent work,couldn't fault the workmanship. Very happy with the walk in shower. Warren and Richard are polite and hard workers.
Turned up on time and always kept me up to date with the work being done.

Great communication and the fitters arrived promptly on both days. Warren and Richard were very courteous and professional and got the job done with no messing around. Very helpful that we were still able to use the toilet whenever necessary. They left no mess in the house and took away the old bath and all the other rubbish so no need to hire a skip. Having been let down in the past by tradespeople, I would completely trust and recommend this company.

Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. Superb quality and finish. The fitters were exceptional : I was kept informed all the way through the process, they worked tirelessly through the whole day without a break and even gave up part of their weekend to make sure everything was finished. Amazing! I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

Warren qand Richard arrived promptly to fit my new bath.they were extremely courteous, funny and rtidy. hey explained everything to us as they went along. I would certainly recommend thiscompzny.

The company did a survey of the bathroom and did a quote for the work which was reasonably priced.
We had our wet room installed by Richard and Warren who were very professional throughout the process.
They wore personal protective equipment whenever they entered the house and if they needed to consult us.
With certain aspects of the job we were asked our opinion, ie height of the ceiling, positioning of grab rails, which made us feel included in the process.
We would definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

Some delays due to Covid issues but these are now resolved. I'm so happy when my 91 year old dad can safely get up the stairs

Just had a new bathroom fitted and are so pleased with it. John, the surveyor, was excellent and the fitters, Darren and Adam are simply the best! They were friendly, curteous, explained everything along the way and just went that extra mile. Rubbish rapidly taken away and everything left spotless. Cant find a single negative.

Good work. Co-operative during work. Some damage to wall where notice pinned.

Excellent service from start to finish from talkng to lovely ladies on the phone to Keith Salt surveyor who made us very clear of the costs and values of the new bathroom we had choices which we were guided through The installer nick was very experienced he did everything from re-flooring the bathroom to full installation nothing was an issue . We were kept up to date with everything I am thrilled with my new bathroom and walk in shower. I would recommend this service to people Thank you.

Workmen were professional and efficient. We are delighted with the product, it has made showering so much easier.

Despite all the trouble I have had with this company I can not fault the fitters.

Everyone who came to fit a bath did a very good professional job, very tidy and efficient even having to take a door off and put it back.

I am relived we were able to sort it out in the end.

They have finally been in touch and we seem to have some plan to actually move forward with replacing the bath with one I can fit in.

It is with great regret I am having to leave a warning here for other disabled people looking for a bespoke bathroom to solve their bathing difficulties.

Last year I was misled that this company could provide me with a bath wide enough for me to sit crossed legged in. It was my one fixed requirement. I have been left with the narrowest bath in the world once the bath lift is taken into account. Resulting in a great deal of pain in my hips.

For over a year I have been hoping we could resolve this amicably.

An Independent assessor visited the bathroom in June 2019 and agreed the bath was not what I had wanted, had a defect on the surface and was obviously totally unsuitable for me and my needs.

For the past year Bespoke have just ignored emails and phone calls.
Employed lies about the replacement bath being on order and endless delaying tactics.

Their expert advice is anything but.
Their promises to sort out any problems, dishonest.
Wish I had read the other negative reviews more carefully before giving them my money.
As now I am going to have to take legal action.

If you have unusual bathing requirements due to disabilities strongly recommend you find someone else to fit your bathroom.

Good morning. I am writing this review to inform you how pleased my husband and I are with the walk in shower we have had fitted. We had one fitter to fit it and that was Matt Doughty, a very cheerful hard working person (who enjoys coffee two sugars!! ) he has done an excellent job and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would have no hesitation in recommending bespokebathing.

We've just had our bathroom converted to a shower room by Bespoke Bathing Company and they have done an excellent job,from initial contact, through to surveyor and then conversion. The office staff were in contact throughout, the Surveyor explained our options, went through pricing and organised a start date, and the team doing the work, Warren and Richard, were polite and professional throughout, arriving on time and working non stop once they were here. They explained the work required as they went along and cleared up afterwards, finishing the job within the expected timescale. The finished job is exactly as we had agreed and we are extremely pleased with it.

I am so enjoying bath time now without worrying how I'm going to get out. The men who delivered, fitted, and finished off were brilliant. The finished look is very pleasing, well worth it.

I found the receptionist most charming and friendly, the representative who sized the job up to be friendly and informative, but I can only express the highest regard for the installer. He made the job look so easy, he was so precise and positive in all aspects of the installation yet he made time to answer my questions without hesitation. I can only say a big thank you to all involved you have made my bath time a real bathing experience. Thank you.
