On this occasion, your boiler needed replacing due to several issues found with it during it's annual service which forms part of the exclusions under the policy.

I totally regretted moving from British…
I totally regretted moving from British gas tto this company for a little savings. Extremely difficult to make a call out and the engineer sent made my boiler worse. I will never recommend or use them again. I want to cancel my contract, you can guess what happened. I am eagerly waiting for it to run out, can't wait to see the back of them.
