Luci at Big Bear Promo was so helpful I cannot recommend her enough. The bubbles arrived quickly, the packaging was just as we'd hoped, the price was competitive and the bubbles were very bubbly..... we've had a previous experiece where the bubbles weren't great.

We used Big Bear for our company mugs. Sam was great to deal with. Very responsive and great quality. We had a tight turnaround window and they were able to meet it. Mugs are high quality and we will use again for any merch we require.

Tyler, was helpful and replied quickly. There is a slight print misalignment but for how quick they came we are very happy with the product and service. Will be using again in the future.
