Super speedy (when other shops said they'd need a couple of weeks), hassle free (they collected and returned to my home, even when I wasn't there), it was cost effective, and the original quote was the final price (no supposedly necessary parts sold).

First time using bike hero, to do a service on my Trek FX hybrid bike that is overall in good condition, but had some gear indexing issues (and probably needed other parts replaced after 5 years).

I can happily fix myself common bike issues, like changing the inner tubes, tires, break pads, chain, cassette. However, indexing the rear gears is more challenging, as well as replacing the bottom bracket if required (need special tools) etc.

Excellent online communication before the collection, to clarify a few things (like whether they were going to fix the gear indexing issue as part of a regular service).

Collection was done on the agreed day. One hour timeslot estimate was provided at the start of the day, and the friendly person arrived on time.

While they had the bike, they advised on some parts to replace, and requested agreement online. The price charged for parts was reasonable, and labour was already included in the service paid.

Once bill was paid, a delivery day was scheduled online. Bike was delivered next day, and once again a one hour timeslot estimate was provided and respected.

Overall, very happy with the experience and service provided. Friendly people to deal with.

Considering also that bike was collected from home and delivered back, and the fact that additional labour cost is not charged when parts need to be replaced, the price is very reasonable for London.

I will surely tell my friends.

I’ve just had my Kona gravel bike serviced by Bike Hero. I went for the gold service. The team at Bike Hero have done a fantastic job. The parts required were spot on in my opinion. The collection and delivery service is a great feature and communication with the team was excellent. I will be using Bike Hero again.

Communications were quick and clear. Nike collection and drop off very smooth. Nike condition on return was excellent after service and parts renewed.
I thought it a bit pricey after the original £100 service was added to by parts cost of £139 which was fair bike needed them but I did think service cost could have come down as parts were things involved in servicing and dismantling for that.

Love the service where bike was collected from home and delivered back.

Excellent service from start to finish. Collection and drop-off were arranged at a time that suited me perfectly. My bike, which needed a major refresh and several parts replaced, now runs like new. The pricing was very reasonable, and the communication throughout the entire process was clear and proactive. I’ll definitely be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

We had a new e-bike from Halfords and the spokes kept breaking. Halfords were useless. We tried two bike repair places before Bike Hero and the spokes only lasted a day. They ordered in spokes which were custom made from high strength steel and no more broken spokes!

Fantastic experience. We use our Fiido D3 Pros as daily commuters. Bike Hero did a fantastic service on both bikes. They were thorough and communicated really well throughout the whole process.
