We had no problems finding a ticket. We were greeted at the door of Store Studio by a security guard who inspected our ticket before we were allowed in. There was a closkroom and toilets immediately available and a place to sit for a few minutes (we were early arriving). We were allowed into the auditoreum 20 minutes before the concert and had no problem finding our numbered seats. The concert was really good and the acoustics are fabulous. A really lovely evening.

Deceiving checkout UI led to buying tickets for the wrong city
I recently tried to buy tickets for "The Best Music from Studio Ghibli" concert in Oslo, but due to Billetto’s poorly designed interface, I ended up with tickets for Bergen instead.
The platform's UI/UX is incredibly frustrating. In several places, only the street address is shown without specifying the city. Worse yet, during the actual checkout page, the city isn't mentioned at all. Not being overly familiar with Oslo's street names, I naturally assumed the address provided was in Oslo.
Hiding essential details like the event city behind tiny font or leaving it out entirely during checkout is just bad web design. It makes it far too easy for users to make unintended mistakes. I hope Billetto improves their checkout flow to clearly display the city and full event location before payment.

Would not recommend this party to anyone, unless you’re a teenager maybe. It seemed like it was organized by high school students. The music was low, decoration was poor, drink menu not available. Really bad. Left right away. Complete waste of money.
