I have been very disappointed with this company for a product that is so expensive the quality of the products and the after sales support has been appalling. It feels that we have been used as a guinea pig for the new sliding glass panels, and when they discover it dosent work we have been abandoned. For your peace of mind look for a different supplier.
They have nice products but aftersales and customer service is a disaster.
Customers in Belgium are not supported and after several requests to the customer service simply ignored.
Such a bad experience after being a customer for years but due changing management and retailers they lost all credibility. I will never recommend this company.
