I have been waiting for my order for over a month, and i have write to them and i doesnt get an answer for me it seams to be a SCAM

Bought the double breasted three-pieces suit Michael, relatively cheap.
The first shipment turned out to be the wrong size but the manager of the Birmingham Wear Customer Service, Stephanie was of great help in getting me the right size.

I had ordered a three piece suit, mid length Tommy coat, pocket watch and cap on the 21st Nov and was emailed by Victor regarding measurements which I provided. I then received an email to say the cap was being delivered which it was on the 3rd December. The remaining order was not and I allowed time for the rest of the order which did not arrive. I contacted Birmingham Wear to ask when this will be delivered and was told that it takes 8 to 14 days. At this point, it had been 21 days so I then emailed again and told them in which I received another email to say the order was delivered on the 3rd. Yet another email back to say with attached email as proof of delivery of the cap to say that only the cap had been delivered and not the remaining order. I did not receive any correspondence from my email and have now emailed once more to request a full refund and still no response. Really unacceptable service and the lack of communication is ridiculous. You have to wait 48 hrs for a response. I have now heard nothing back at all and basically they have stole £297.97

I ordered a Tommy 3 piece suit using the size guideline but the trousers were too small. I contacted BW and they very kindly offered to send a larger size express courier because the event was very soon. They arrived within 2 days and hubby went off very happy. Amazing service from Stephanie. Thanks so much for your kind assistance and personal attention.

My local delivery service lost my package. However Stephanie, the manage of the customer service, listened to my issue and was very helpful! The product is great and arrived quickly the second time.

I specifically ordered an item that was supposed to take 2-4 weeks to deliver. It was delivered after only about 10 days, although the delivery (to Germany) came from China (which, to be honest, I didn't realise when I placed the order). I was informed about the status of my order at all times, and they even checked in afterwards. Everything was fine.

Thanks to Stephanie, she did an incredible job, helping me and taking care of the whole process. Special requests were handled very good and they made everything amazing for me to buy it.

I was unsure what size to order so I contacted them via email, Stephanie was very helpful and thorough with measurements required and always got a quick response. I was going to order a larger but Stephanie recommended the extra large. The three piece suit fit perfectly and was good quality material the same with the Shelby coat. Great customer service and clothing is great value for money

I purchased a suit at Birmingham wear and immediately regretted the purchase, I then wrote them that I didn’t want the suit and I would like my money back. A guy wrote me back saying he stopped my order and asked why? I explained the situation to him and I haven’t heard from them since and I haven’t seen my money or a suit for that matter.
