The website and interface is friendly
The website and interface is friendly. I did not stumble or come across anything I couldn't understand easily.
I selected the YWCA to book my overnight stay in Vancouver, BC. It was a seamless process.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel that reservation shortly thereafter, and that too was a seamless process.
I will definitely use Bluepillow again and recommend it to other traveling friends.

It did not ask for how many kids. So I booked a room for 1 adult.. which is fine, my 2 kids can share a bed with me, they are still small enough for now.

Do not trust this website
I somehow ended up on this website to reserve a room for a weekend trip and the website sent me a confirmation number. The confirmation number pulled up nothing when I went to check it later on. Luckily, I did have a reservation but details were messed up. I also believe this site sold my information because shortly after making my reservation with their website, I started receiving dozens of spam calls a day.

I looked up accommodation on Bluepillow and found an apartment elsewhere. Now Bluepillow sends me endless unwanted offers for accommodation in the same place. Every time I open my PC they pop up. It's a real pain!
