Bluetyga.com is a scam! My order's been "Unfulfilled" for over 24 hours, and they're completely unresponsive. Avoid their Instagram ads. They take your money and disappear. Unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time. Don't risk it! Find a legitimate seller.

Blue Tyga. A cheat brand, be careful while making replacement of product. I had order M size jacket 2.0 but that size was small for me so I wanted to replace it with L size but while making replacement request it was showing L is out of stock (Its surprising that company itself claim their product out of stock for order from their own website) so I replaced it with XL size as that time XL was only available size and I called their customer care number where 1 lady told me she will dispatch L size instead of XL as i had told her issue and L size would be perfect for me. But while receiving replacement order they sent XL size which is too large for me. and Now company is not ready for its replacement. If company has any policy of 1 time replacement only THEN COMPANY SHOULD HAVE PUT SUCH DISCLAIMER ON TOP OF PAGE WHILE DOING RETURN/REPLACEMENT PROCESS AND SHOULD MENTION CLEARLY THAT IF YOUR SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE BETTER GO FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT AND WE CAN DO REPLACEMENT ONLY 1 TIME, AS WE ARE VERY GREAT COMPANY. And when I called their customer number for this issue, to my surprise she was speaking very rudely with me. i have never seen service oriented company's customer representative speaking rudely with customers. Be Careful while dealing with company like Blue Tyga.

I have placed order on 5th March. Order number - BT277990. It was supposed to be delivered by 10th March however the order status hasn’t changed from shipment created. It hasn’t been picked up after so long. And there is no way to contact customer support. No one answers call, reply to WhatsApp messages or to emails. If I don’t hear back from them in another 2 days, I am going to file a complaint in consumer court.

This is the worst experience that i am facing. i have purchased a lot of things from so many online stores . At least i can track my order status but here we cant . Others providing good customer care but here nothing . They are saying they will placed the order with in 3to 6 days but today is 8th day there is no delivery no order status nothing…

They give me a link for payment with 5% off and when I paid they haven’t shipped my order. I tried to talk with agent but he left the chat after I told the problem, their contact no. is not reachable and haven’t received any reply to my mails also.

Changing my review, coz after posting my experience on tag mango they sent screenshot of tracking details, also recived my order today.
Came in good packaging.
Blue tyga has to improve there customer support, no contact number, unresponsive watsapp and even Mail.

First of all their official website will not show the negative reviews text if you try to open them.

Office jogger pants with poor material and stitching quality, the stitching came off just after 2 washes. It is also priced very high for such a thin material. No reply from the company after reading the messages with photos in WhatsApp.

Product is not good. I return one item but i didn't get the refund in one month. They are not answer our call also.

No one is responding on the status of my order which i already paid and is in unfulfilled status from last 4 days of my booking .

Blue tyga team why do you guys dont sent tracker on what’s the status of out order if you are out of stock kidly refund as i can’t wait so long to get a jacket which i need now

I had ordered a jacket, a t shirt ans socks order number BT211964. Thankfully a cash on delivery. Now no one is responding, I have tried calling the customer care number on the site. The WhatsApp message said order cancelled. But why. So beware, it seems like a fraud site

BT205140 - they are not shipping the jacket and neither cancelling the order.
Every time I reach I get the same response that they will be shipping my order urgently but they don't.

They are not changing status of my shipment and also the support is not picking up the calls from last three days I'm trying to reach. Really worst Management. Is it a Scam?

Ordered jacket on 12th July. Order number BT192744. After writing a bad review for delayed shipment here in trust pilot blue tyga team had sent me the jacket I had ordered and I am satisfied with the product. They should really work on better communication for delayed shipments.

I am still waiting for my Order BT198715 which was placed on July 21, 2024 12:20AM and is currently Unfulfilled. I emailed them and called the customer service number +91 88266 23026 +91 80155 59753 and sending emails, there is no response whatsoever....looks like this company from whom i have purchased several products in the past have vanished into thin air.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Blue Tyga. Delayed delivery and failure to pick up my return make it clear that there are significant issues with their customer service and fulfillment processes.

I have tried calling multiple times to their customer care but no one has responded.

Fraud company there is no update of my order, i ordered blue tyga 2.0 on date of 19 july but i havent get any update i tried to reach out with customer support but there customer support is useless no one picking up the call nor reply or update of my order i guide you to not purchase from blue tyga its a scam

Fraud company, they will never accept your return/exchange request and you will be stuck with whatever you have ordered. Also, customer care will never pick up your call. Trust me and do not order from them.

I recently purchased sunscreen jacket from Bluetyga. Its quality is very good and it is very much comfortable than any other jackets. Delivery of the product was very quick.

Save your Money & Don't Shop from Fraud Blue Tyga
They just make consumer fool by showing fancy adds - And even after weeks & months you would be following up for your order. & Still you won't recieve it - because that is how they operate - 1st they'll show that it'll be delivered in 3-4 Days - & after 10 Days when you follow-up they'll state that colour ordered by you is out of stock & incase you change the colour you'll still not not receive the order for Months & Ultimately your hard earned money would be siphoned away - So Just Save yourself & your money by not ordering from this fraud website
