I have just purchased some AOC blur touch fountain and I must say I am very impressed. Very light texture with a lovely colour.
However, the most important sign on the bottle is cruelty free!
After recently viewing a horrendous animal testing video which somehow managed to pop up on my phone.
I am so grateful for b & m selling cruelty free foundation

Not a good experience at all within a store !
When I go into various stores I always purchase a lot . Which means I spent a lot also !
I had purchased an outdoor candle that hadn’t been used , still in packaging etc .
I didn’t have time to look for a receipt nor was it on my mind .
I went in this morning around 8.40am to purchase more things and also exchange this unused item etc.
The manager came out looked in a bad mood and straight away before I had even finished my sentence told me NO!
I said I am not looking for refund as I am purchasing more items and told me NO !
Even the sale assistant looked uncomfortable at this!
I work extremely hard for my money and this is how you are treated like a thief !
Very unprofessional to say the least!!
That’s one way to loose loyal customers.

I have purchased a garden parasol at the Tottenham hale shop of b&m in what was one of the hottest days of the year, I returned home and discover to my dismay that the main pole was missing from the box, I immediately drove back, 2.5 miles and ask to exchange it, I got a new one checked it before leaving the shop drove back home and put it up on the stand, then I start turning the weel to open it..nothing, try the other way, nothing, so I pushed it open and the cord inside was broken, so its not going to work. I drive back to the shop and return both parasol and stand but have to wait 3 to 4 days for the refund. Come back home fuming, so I call customer services and ask for some compensation, this can be done I'm told providing I send my receipts, I attached these to the email, but they can't open the attachment, I send them again and again they can't open the attachment, so I've just wasted more time for nothing. When I was in the shop the first time a woman was returning a neon light that didn't work and on the last visit another woman went to swap a broom that didn't attach to the broom stick. I guess it happens a lot..I will not be returning there ever.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Managers don't know anything at all that also goes for the shop assistant. If it's too hot close the door so that the air conditioning works at Woodhall at Bradford store
Went in the female that works there with a black mask on usually it's not on correctly hanging down her face.
The other shop assistant claimed she had put the toilet rolls through wrong as it was hot outside close the door then as the air conditioning will work.
I've gone for the toilet rolls that I decide that are best value for me not the 24 toilet rolls that were a managers special buy.
If this shop assistant can't add up on purpose it comes across as that the shop are trying to make a profit out of customers.
I'm not interested in having some belittling chat.

I purchased a microwave over a month ago and it has stopped working. I didn’t keep the receipt so was unable to take back to the store. I rang customer service for help and to see if they could find my transaction. Jane was amazing! found all my purchase information and was able to send me my receipt so I could return my item.

I bought a hand electric mixer 7/2/26 used it thrice then it did not work,i returned it to B&M Castle-Douglas 6//7/26 & spoke with manager who wrongly informed me i was not entitled to a refund as the 28 day period had lapsed. No mention of a chance to repair item.I thought about my consumer rights &spoke with Lisa from customer services she was extremely helpful &advised me to return again to B& M in Castle-Douglas as the item i bought was electrical and had in fact a 12 month guarantee & i was indeed entitled to a full refund .She informed me the manager should have known this information regarding consumer rights.I returned item & explained i had spoken with customer services Lisa. A very helpful competent lady (Anne) carried out the returns procedure very efficiently.

I was bought a Bosch Strimmer from B&M. Although I had it for 2 years, the item broke after very little use & Bosch would not resolve unless I had proof of purchase even though I had registered the guarantee & still had a years cover. As it was a gift, I did not have a receipt. I called B&M to see if they could trace the transaction, Lisa was extremely helpful & managed to locate so I can now pursue my issue with Bosch.

Overcharged me in-store but only noticed when I got home. Emailed B&M to raise it and they kept trying to deny I was overcharged (despite providing images of the receipt), then eventually told me I could only resolve the issue by going back to the store which is about 15/20 minutes away within 14 days, which I probably won't be able to do due to other commitments. Some of the rudest customer service I've ever encountered, they were not apologetic at all and this has put me off ever using them again.

Had an issue with an item I purchased less than a month ago. They didn’t have a customer service in this particular branch and because I didn’t have my receipt they were reluctant to exchange it. The assistant in the shop adv me to call the B&M customer service. Which I did I I explained the situation to a an advisor called Isabelle who was very professional and understanding. Nothing was to much trouble. Isobel’s emailed me my receipt with I could then exchange the faulty item. Thank you Isobela and thank you to the Lady in the store who was also helpful.

Great service.
B&m won't give refund or exchange without receipt anymore so I logged a complaint and they rang me next day and duplicated a receipt in order for me to get a refund.
