I received great customer service today from Christine Daly, who quickly resolved an issue with two water butts. I find that B&M offer competitive prices for quality products against local retailers such as B&Q, Yorkshire Trading, Wickes and Screwfix. Examples are Ward water butts, trellises, fence panels and heavy duty membranes for weed control. Also we have purchased many plants, lavender and fence creocote. Oral b electric toothbrushes are cheaper at B&M than others.

Received a parking fine from Horizon for forgetting to validate my registration and even with receipt proof that I was a customer, they insisted on the fine being issued - Lisa in B&M customer services was more than happy to help me get the fine cancelled 👌

Went into Bingley/Crossflatts store to look at plants : Chrissie the lady who was stocking, watering was so knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
Just recovering from a hip operation and she helped us to checkout, to our car and then went back and got the 3 bags of compost we bought.
She was absolutely amazing 👏
Emailed customer service we was that impressed with how kind she was.

Several items in the store have incorrect price labels. The price displayed on the shelf does not match the price charged at the checkout, and some products have the price tag of a completely different item. This is misleading for customers. Please ensure that all price labels are accurate and correspond to the correct products.

Melvin is the man. He works in the trent Vale store and his customer service is next to non. He help us on several occasions, carrying heavy railway sleepers, helping us select plants and advice on gravel amongst other things. He couldn't do enough to help. This gentleman is a credit to the entire business.

I had to replace an item for which I did not have the receipt any longer. Staff was very helpful and prepared to direct me to customer service, which in turn was very fast in providing with a copy of the receipt. Item returned, received refund and bought another item. Excellent customer support both in store and online.

I have just purchased some AOC blur touch fountain and I must say I am very impressed. Very light texture with a lovely colour.
However, the most important sign on the bottle is cruelty free!
After recently viewing a horrendous animal testing video which somehow managed to pop up on my phone.
I am so grateful for b & m selling cruelty free foundation

Not a good experience at all within a store !
When I go into various stores I always purchase a lot . Which means I spent a lot also !
I had purchased an outdoor candle that hadn’t been used , still in packaging etc .
I didn’t have time to look for a receipt nor was it on my mind .
I went in this morning around 8.40am to purchase more things and also exchange this unused item etc.
The manager came out looked in a bad mood and straight away before I had even finished my sentence told me NO!
I said I am not looking for refund as I am purchasing more items and told me NO !
Even the sale assistant looked uncomfortable at this!
I work extremely hard for my money and this is how you are treated like a thief !
Very unprofessional to say the least!!
That’s one way to loose loyal customers.

I have purchased a garden parasol at the Tottenham hale shop of b&m in what was one of the hottest days of the year, I returned home and discover to my dismay that the main pole was missing from the box, I immediately drove back, 2.5 miles and ask to exchange it, I got a new one checked it before leaving the shop drove back home and put it up on the stand, then I start turning the weel to open it..nothing, try the other way, nothing, so I pushed it open and the cord inside was broken, so its not going to work. I drive back to the shop and return both parasol and stand but have to wait 3 to 4 days for the refund. Come back home fuming, so I call customer services and ask for some compensation, this can be done I'm told providing I send my receipts, I attached these to the email, but they can't open the attachment, I send them again and again they can't open the attachment, so I've just wasted more time for nothing. When I was in the shop the first time a woman was returning a neon light that didn't work and on the last visit another woman went to swap a broom that didn't attach to the broom stick. I guess it happens a lot..I will not be returning there ever.

I purchased a microwave over a month ago and it has stopped working. I didn’t keep the receipt so was unable to take back to the store. I rang customer service for help and to see if they could find my transaction. Jane was amazing! found all my purchase information and was able to send me my receipt so I could return my item.
