Boileronfinance is a questionable company!
The member of staff that handled my order was a good, kind and pleasant person with good customer service, BUT THE COMPANY is nothing but a liar! They said and promised so many things which they never fulfilled including the 6weeks promise to rest before starting to make payments.
It was such a terrible struggle for then to fix my boiler as they were not organised, the parts and materials needed didn’t arrive as at when it should they put my family through so much inconvenience I have never known or seen such unprofessional behaviour from an organisation like I saw with them. The time it took to finally get things done just lingered don and in paper they filled the date as though it was done as planned which I challenged and contacted different authorities about. They got a way with a lot of bad stuff they did to me and my family but please be careful to have any dealings with this organisation.
The promise to service my boiler after its anniversary was also a lie by them as they filled the details in my document but never fulfilled it.
There should be zero star slot created for companies like this as they do not deserve even the 1 star rating!!!!
Was expecting EON to fit new boiler but…
Was expecting EON to fit new boiler but was told they had been having complaints about them and sent a guy from about 90 miles away, wanted EON because they are nation wide.
Nice fitter turned up anyway and was left to fit boiler, was then called to say that the Tado smart controler didnt work with the Worcester 2000 - told him we ordered the 30i, got on phone and was told this was the new model and we would get sent a Nest sent out, Christmas came and went but heard nothing, fitter wont answer and then they went into liquidation, well fancy that? Just cancelled my direct debit and wait and see who gets in touch with me now, not at all happy as I dont think any smart control will work with our new boiler, not even the Worcester one :)

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star nothing but trouble since having boiler fitted August 2018. Had wrong boiler fitted paid for brand new 2018 boiler but fitted a 2014 I think it was, this means no warranty etc. Non stop phone calls trying to sort out the problem but they just fob you off. Been calling for over a year nothing sorted. Called today found out they’ve gone bust!!! Not sure who to contact now as if anything happens to the boiler me and my family are screwed. If anybody knows any numbers to call please let me know.

Worst mistake I made was going with this company! Customer service is disgusting and were still having problems 6 month in.1st problem is the installation date never happened when it should,then the condesit pipe was fitted so it poured water 6tf above and on the conservatory roof.we then had to wait 6wks for them to come out and move the pipe.Was moved so it went out of the roof (NO larger pipe or insulation).
Yes,the pipe froze the following week due to temp.The pump was red hot as couldn't get the water out and yet again,no answer from the company.Only thing I could do is pull the pipe back in and defrost to let the water escape.Now I'm told I have voided the warranty as I touched the pipe!! Disgusting company service.Please do not go with this company!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting company. Don’t even deserve one star ! Told a promise of 5-10 days for installation. 3 weeks later we were due today and low and behold the guy is sick and can’t cone till Monday. I have a 6 month old and a 9 year old with no hot water and no heating. Apparently there is nothing they can do. Sales person was patronising and rude. The manager conveniently isn’t available !! DO NOT GO WITH THESE

New boiler fitted for my mother last January. She is 67. Still hasn't been finished and is running off an extension lead in the kitchen. Absolutely terrible service. Complaints lodged with the company but still no reply. Avoid if you value your safety

This company do not deserve any stars. So much for customer satisfaction is nil. This company should be shut down and not allowed to trade. There thieves take your money. I have an on going dispute with them but it's got to the stage where there not even responding to me.
Stay well clear from this company there bad news. Operate in Scotland with no qualified engineers just people that reck your house.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - they do not come out to fix their own errors. My friend has been waiting since Friday and told someone would be out the day of the complaint - it's now Wednesday and no-one has arrived - bad customer service - steer well clear. Just to let you all know this will be the 20th time in less than a year - 9 times in the first month, and still not repaired to a satisfactory standard. Certainly not 5 star review here - minus 15 would be more to the mark much like the temperature in my friends home right now - BE WARNED NOT GREAT TO DEAL WITH they say they are available 7 days a weeek, 24 hours a day. Quite a bit of BULL - been waiting for 6 days and this is the 20th time they have been requested to visit to repair

Begining to regret ever using this company. Worse service ever. Wait in all day for an engineer who doesn't even show. Had many isssues after having my boiler installed, left me with no heating and no hot water. They tell you they will send an engineer out, must be only one engineer they employ in Scotland.. Disgusting company to deal with, they try to pass the buck by telling you it's a manufacturing fault, which is a lie. I'm thinking of suing them now after a year of not having my boiler to a normal working order. I'm not home now with no heating and hot water and god knows when someone will get this fixed. Wish I never used them.

Awful service! I recommend to anyone using this company to stay well clear. They are unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and left my house damaged and when I called the call centre they were also rude, helpless and didnt even seem to care. They did not show any evidence of a Gas Safed certificate or badge when quiried.
Rouge traders
Rouge traders. 6 month's after installation, during a CP12 safety check, boiler install was found to be unsafe and subsequently condemned. Wait in all day for an engineer and they don't turn up. Now left with no heat or hot water. BOF don't care once they have your money.
I was very upset today
I was very upset today. They came with the wrong boiler. The boiler I was supposed to have had installed today was a Viesseman but they came with a Worchester Bosch I did not accept it. They should had been honest and speak the truth that they never intended to supply me the other one. I believed it was a good company but it turned not to be. Cancelled the boiler fitting and the finance on it. So 2 companies lost out today. I never thought anyone who is in business will want to create bad image through reviews. It can not be helpful at all.

We purchased our boiler less than 2 years ago and now the heating isn’t working. We have been told it’s a “manufacturing issue” and have been directed to them. However the manufacturers are NOT answering calls. When I called boilers on finance and told them the manufacturers are unavailable they couldn’t give any explanation (other than they also can’t get through and a email address for sales). I have a baby in a freezing cold house and this is just NOT acceptable.

One word can describe Boilers on Finance...clowns.
They started installing my boiler two weeks ago today and it’s still not working properly. The initial installation by their installer took 5 days! It worked for a few days then went off line. Vokera technician who tuned up to repair it stated that there were sevaral issues with how it has been fitted. It was missing a non-return valve on the cold water feed and six joins weren’t soldered.
He advised me to get BOF out and complete the installation properly. It’s now two weeks since fitting was started and the BOF installer (I use that term loosely) has been and gone again. Boiler still not working properly. Been told by BOF that any issues are now manufacturer related.
Got Vokera coming out yet again this coming Monday. wish I’d never heard of BOF. you can tell a lot about a company by how they deals with customers and problems. BOF fail in every regard.
Avoid them at all costs.

I've used boilers on finance and had problems the work carried out was not to the standard i would have expected from a company that prides itself on quality people may think if this person had bad experiences with the company why the 4 stars well the person who i dealt with today 26th June 2019 Mr Josh Stevenson restored my faith in the company he listened to what i had to say regarding my complaint instead of having that here we go again attitude he went beyond his role in customer service and helped me he promised me a call back when a engineer was located to to the job and he did call me back with time and date now i have an engineer booked unlike other times I've called and been given false promises Josh Stevenson is a Credit to the company a very helpful and courteous person a person who takes pride in what he does and thrives to excel his commitment to the company we are paying customers who need helpful support and Josh is a customer service provider i would Highly recommend Well done Josh keep up the excellent work hopefully your management will read this and realise your potential Thank You Josh

Avoid. Turned up with with the wrong boiler. I refused to have it fitted (because it was the wrong one) and I have received terrible customer service
