Boilers On Finance 

Excellent service. Fast and efficient would highly recommend them. And I've never been so warm. Thank you. A star short of 5 purley cause the engineer left rubble on my neighbours path. Tut tut. Apart from that a huge thumbs up.

Was really quick when fitting the new boiler. Was good at explaining how the temperature monitor worked but didn’t show me how to work the boiler. Very friendly but made a bit of a mess in our seller.

My boiler was fitted by guy machin a very nice and able man although he turned up late we had already been told by the office that he was running late when he arrived he got straight on with the job no hanging around and fitted the boiler so far a very efficent company to deal with will it last ? only time will tell

From the start to the installation has been fantastic. B. Moody was my installer and is a top bloke, very professional and definitely knows what he is doing. BUT since it's been installed I have been having a nightmare trying to register the boiler which finally done over the phone for the 5yr warranty with vokera.
Note: I've edited my review because I gave BOF a 3 star review for something that weren't their fault, my apologies to BOF.

ON WEDNESDAY 14/11/2018 my boiler was installed, really happy with the installation.
The installer arrived at 8am, was very polite and had a great personality.
Nothing was a problem to him, he came in and run me through the installation process and made sure I was happy with everything before commencing.
guy machin took periods off time throughout the day to talk to me and his sense off of humour is fantastic, very friendly engineer.
Thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience throughout installations,
Tidied and left no mess, fantastic service and would recommend.

Just had a new boiler fitted by this company - I arranged everything in one evening on line and then by telephone including the finance- the sales and service staff were fantastic so helpful and friendly and by the end of the call I had booked the boiler replacement. The engineer who fitted my boiler, Brian Moody, was also fantastic really thorough and very competent my new boiler was fitted and working in a few hours. He cleared everything up and explained all about it very clearly to me. Really great company would recommend them to anyone

From my initial enquiry to the completion of the installation, B. O. F, were great, talked me through all the options available and costs.
The installation engineer was very professional and thorough, his attention to detail and information about the boiler was very good. I would have no problem with recommending B. O. F., 100% satisfied customer.

Firstly speaking to Bobby the sales rep was a delight. He was not pushy in any way & explained the finance clearly.
I explained to him that I have 3 boys with special needs & needed a new boiler fitted asap. Bobby explained he would normally put us a priority in our situation but there was no slot available so he gave us a discount as a gesture.
Bobby's telephone manner was excellent & easy to follow. And the price for everything is excellent and a lot lot cheaper than other leading companies.

The day of instillation Guy Machin was our engineer. He came at 8.30am but unfortunately I was running late getting my boys ready for school. As you can imagine not easy any time but Guy was amazing & said he would come back just after 9am to give me chance to sort my boys out.
My husband was also ill & we had not had chance to move our fridge & freezer out of the utility where the old boiler was. Guy was more than happy to help & he also made sure that he had the door closed as much as possible so my husband did not get cold.
Guy fitted our new boiler without taking any breaks so that he did not disrupt us for long and he was finished well before the boys were home which we appreciated so much as they do not do well with strangers. He was a lovely guy with great banter & so helpful & accomodating to our needs. His work was excellent and he cleaned up after himself. He explained how everything worked very clearly and double checked all the radiators were heating up before he left.
Guy is a credit to your company.
The boiler itself is fantastic. Heats up our radiators & water so quickly and the portable computer with it is so easy to work and a fantastic products.

From first email to install very professional,Gary fitted the boiler, he was a very good work man tidy and informative, I'm very pleased with a warm house and hot water.

used these for a new boiler in january fitting was good but now after 10 mths the boiler has stopped working and all i have been told is what to do over the phone! no offer to send out a engineer until i got anoyed then they said i had to ring vokera. which afer the 2nd phone call was closed. now i've had 2 days with no heating or hot water with 3 kids! so unhelpful they should tell you what you need to do straight away instead of asking you to mess with dangerous gas appliances.

I cannot recommend this Company highly enough! 10 days ago our aging boiler finally hit the dust and we decided to look into buying a new one. Unfortunately we didnt have the free cash to purchase one straight away so I called Boilers on Finance and within 10 minutes we had been accepted! The gentleman I spoke to tailored our repayments terms to our budget and a date was given for installation (2nd November). Richard arrived within the time slot, was polite, helpful and very very tidy. We hardly knew he was here. All in all it took approximately 5 hours. We now have a brand new boiler, hot water and heating! Thank you Boilers on Finance for making the whole procedure so easy!

Installed a faulty boiler but refuse to deal with it making me phone the manufacturer's customer services are the rudest I have ever dealt with will do anything not to help the cowboy fitter didn't test his work and caused damage to my front door and flooded a room worst company I have ever dealt with

Would definitely recommend this company. Guy Machin was excellent in his customer service and professionalism whilst he was carrying out a job that wasn’t the easiest. There were a few hurdles on the way which he overcame with no bother. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and was very tidy. No mess, professional and curtious.

Guy Machin was our installer, with a professional approach to what seemed a difficult conversion, he worked quickly and efficiently and is a great ambassador for the company, that said the overall service from all was simply outstanding, a refreshing experience in current times.

I would highly recommend Boilers on finance. Orderd and fitted in two weeks. Excellent work by Josh. Nothing was to much trouble. Josh worked so hard. Very friendly and approachable.we cannot praise Josh x boilers on finance. 100% satisfaction. Many thanks from Val & Alan.

Professional attitude, very polite and helpful. We had to delay the work for 2 weeks, this was no problem and they got us booked in for a time that suited us. Dealt with Bobby to start off with on the phone, very polite and helpful. Had Luke do the installation, he was great. He was here on time everyday and was a credit to the company.
