On occasions you come across someone who goes the extra mile to provide an exceptional service. Mikey did a fantastic job on the installation of a new boiler and also a radiator in the attic. I highly commend him for his dedicated work, perseverance and workmanship in all of the work involved. A real star and greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service from the company too! From the beginning to getting my boiler installed today they've been great. Even phoned to check that everything was going ok. Michael who fitted the boiler was wonderful and talked me through how the boiler worked and left absolutely no mess. Can't praise them enough. Definitely recommended them.

I cannot endorse this company any higher. The sales team dealt with my enquiry superbly and nothing was to much trouble. Then on installation day a fitter came over 100 miles, arriving on time and was a true credit to his profession. Great job, really clean and tidy. Highly recommend

Boiler installed 4 weeks ago, installation was cancelled last minute and had to wait another 2 weeks for a date that suited.
After installation I discovered a leak. Called company and engineer came out that evening. 2 days later noticed the same pipe was leaking again, pulled out my washing machine...another leak and another under the sink, 3 leaks in total. Phoned again,arranged for engineer to come “ first thing” in the morning, explained I went to work at 8.30am, assured engineer would be there at 8am. No engineer,so went to work,to get a phone call at 9.15am to say engineer was at my property. Rearranged for the next Wednesday, engineer came, fixed 3 leaks. I went on holiday for a week and came back to THE SAME LEAK!!!!
Phoned and asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasn’t possible, but I could email my complaint!!!!
Numerous phone calls and engineer visits and problem still not sorted.

From first speaking to Bobby to having the boiler installed by Josh the whole experience has been great. Bobby couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and Josh is one of the hardest working men I've had the pleasure to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and working in the intense heat for so long was really hard to watch. A lovely guy as well. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Bobby and Josh xxxxxx

Boilers on finance was a convenient/fast way of getting a new boiler without having to find a lot of money outright, however their service to me was made impeccable by the fitter who attended my property. Josh was outstanding, he was friendly, professional and went above and beyond. He didn't act like anything was a problem to him, even when he encountered issues with the fitting. He finished the job with sterling results, he build a rapport with all of my family and he was a pleasure to have in my home. Cannot recommend Boilers on finance enough as they have definitely got the best fitters around!!!

Had a boiler installed before Christmas last year and didn’t have any hot water for seven months due to them not installing the pipe work to the boiler properly . It took us numerous pleading phone calls and were let down by this company time and time again not only was the pipe work wrongly installed but the control panel was put in the wrong way round and we had to get another electrician from Baxi to put this problem right. Their gas engineer Thomas eventually managed to fix the pipe work but unfortunately this morning the boiler had water coming out of the pipes at the top and flooded our utility room , Thomas came fairly quickly and thankfully said he resolved the problem. We now have a terrible smell of dampness and our wooden floors need replaced. The boiler itself looks like spaghetti junction, so disappointed in the whole situation and frankly worried about the safety and are considering getting a different gas engineer to give us a second apinion .
