I booked to get a new boiler qnd have been most impressrd by the efficient service from start to finish. David whom I spoke to in sales was most helpful but my special thanks most definitely has to go to Thomas the Instal engineer who has done a remarkable job. Exttemely good work with no mess. 4 months of hell and massive expenses after i had a new boiler fitted.
i had a new boiler fitted just before Christmas 2017 by boiler-on-finance. The new boiler was condemned 10 days later, after loud banging and shuddering noises were confirmed as an issue with the new outpipe not being properly fitted and blocked.
We were left without heating over the next three weeks, with various repairs failing; plumbers sent out by the company saying it wasn't their job and others not showing up whilst i waited in a freezing cold flat with an ill baby who was now under the care of the GP, as she was now experiencing breathing issues.
I was on the phone 5-10 times a day trying to find out when the issue would be sorted and forced to move in with friends then into a bed and breakfast which involved moving all of my and baby's clothing; cot; equipment etc out.
Even after moving back there was then another TWO months of on-going boiler issues which meant that turning off the heating via the boiler meant it couldn't be refired. There was no timer with the boiler fitting,
I then found out that my massively high gas bills were due to the temperature regulator being set at 24 degrees. So my gas bills were £200 one month, and £270 another month. Thias is for a small two bedroom flat (45 metres sq)!!
I am appalled at the complete 4 month round around I was given by the Company in what is a private rented flat, with MANY calls and lack of help whilst I was forced to endure freezing conditions with an ill baby or move out. My bills for gas have been EXTREME yet every time I call the people who were previously dealing with the issues, no-one knows anything.
I have been forced to deal with the landlady; agency re flat & all workers plus repeated phone calls to boiler-on-finance, the gas company & others for 4 solid months.
REALLY UNIMPRESSED AT THE INCONVENIENCE, EXTREME STRESS AND AMOUNT OF MONEY I HAVE LOST

Today my boiler was installed, really happy with the installation.
The installer arrived at 8am, was very polite and had a great personality.
Nothing was a problem to him, he came in and run me through the installation process and made sure I was happy with everything before commencing.
Thomas took periods off time throughout the day to talk to me and his sense off of humour is fantastic, very friendly engineer.
Thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience throughout installations,
Tidied and left no mess, fantastic service and would recommend.

FANTASTIC JOB & WORKMEN
I would like to take a few minutes to say how fantastic and easy the whole business of fitting our new oil boiler and changing my entire heating system from a one pipe system to a two pipe system was.
Bobby who we originally contacted was excellent, constantly keeping us in the loop at each stage. We have a site visit then the plumbers came out and worked solidly for three days!
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Thomas O'Kane and Michael Cullis as they made the whole job easy, no mess and were very polite and fun with my kids! Nothing was too much trouble. These guys were very skilled in what they were doing.
Our cottage is very, very old with original wooden beams and no gaps under the floor boards for pipes. Everything was hidden where possible and the lads asked if in doubt so the pipes were not in full view or still in keeping with the style of the cottage.

I was a little dubious at first
I was a little dubious at first - having not really gone down the whole internet route for such a large purchase, but turned out to be a great experience. Bobby (in the office) was really helpful.
I would just like to say a special thank you to Josh, our service engineer.
He was extremely polite, super efficient & incredibly hardworking. I'm sure he's had far easier working days, than the day he came to install our boiler, but he didn't bat an eyelid, just worked incredibly hard & did a fantastic job.
To this end, I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Boilers on Finance to anyone who is looking for an affordable solution from a professional team. Cheers Helen (Shropshire)

THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY . NOR DO THEY RING YOU BACK. OR TURN UP.
IT TOOK 4 WEEKS FROM STARTING THE JOB TO COMPLETING.WITH A LOT OF STRESS.AT NO TIME WOULD ANY MANAGER RING ME TO DISCUSS OR DIRECTOR. THEY APPEAR TO HIDE FROM THE PROBLEMS. I EVEN OFFERED TO GO TO FALKIRK TO MEET SOMEBODY BUT WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A 3 HOUR JOURNEY EACH WAY. BUT TO BE HONEST I SAW THIS AS A LAST RESORT.
THIS JOB WAS A SIMPLE OLD BOILER OUT AND NEW ONE IN THE SAME PLACE!

From the first phone call to the engineer clearing up after my boiler was fitted I experienced 100% top quality customer service, the engineer Josh was knowledgeable, friendly and a gentleman, workmanship I couldn't fault, I would recommend this company to anyone.
Hesting installation
Excellent service. First class workmanship from thomas okane . Very pleasant and helpful. Full oil system installed within 3days, thomas tidied up after himself at the end of all 3days. Even after he was finished he gave us him number incase we had any issues.

From start to finish great service, decent product, great engineers, had an issue after installation but it was all sorted in an efficient and timely manner.
Worst company
Boilers on finance are very quick to accept your application, but that is the only thing they do right. I had 2 dates given for installations and both didn’t’ happen. I waited in both days only to be told when I called that engineer was not coming. They never called me.
Due to these days, I lost out on £300 overtime at work. Boilers on finance agreed to compensate me, but then ignored me.
I had to refer issue to the financial ombudsman, and eventually after 3 months got the compensation agreed. I would never deal with them again. Terrible service!!
Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service. I was told someone would be out to install my boiler on the 19th April. Then told the installation engineer would be back Saturday. Surprise, no one turned up. I was then given a date of 1st May and guess what? No one has turned up. Very quick to take my money but not ready to provide a service. Truly awful and a pathetic excuses for bad customer service. Extremely disappointed

They arranged the date for fitting so i booked a day off then 2 days before fitting got a phone call to say they couldn't make it so had to rearrange for the following week and waste another days holiday. NOT HAPPY
Great deal but shame about the ending...
The boiler in our static caravan broke during the recent cold weather and we needed a quick replacement. We saw this company on the internet and it sounded exactly what we needed,
We were initially very impressed with Bobby in sales who was not at all pushy and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. We paid in full by credit card and were given an installation date one week later.
Then, with all arrangements in place, we got a call from their fulfilment centre (the day before the planned installation) saying that they had over-booked their engineer and that we would have to wait a further week. I protested, stating that a) we had paid in full up front and b) we had been given an installation date a week earlier.
Josh was very polite and apologetic but clearly he was backed into a corner. Eventually, I asked for the contract to be cancelled and for a full refund to be made.
To the company's credit, we received the refund on the very next working day, together with a further amount as a goodwill gesture. So, although we felt disappointed at this let-down, the company's response could not have been better.

Fast,easy and affordable. What more could you ask for, from start to finish the service all round was fantastic and I can easily say I would recommend these guys to anyone, especially if you are in my position with no hot water or heating, no deposit required and fast installation, I’ll be taking that 👍
