Spoke to Bobby and he made everything so easy that everything was arranged including a fitting date within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend boilers on finance

Feeling very let down, and cold. But we got there in the end.

Update. Install date - 23 April - My boiler was finally fitted 2 weeks after booking, so 3 cancelled dates. The two guys who came were great and did a superb job. Very polite, efficient and tidy. Josh on the phone did all he could to help during the whole process. I just think they have internal issues and not enough fitters. Would I recommend? Only if you’re not in a rush.

Initial Booking day - 9 April - Whilst all staff on the phone have been polite, I can’t ignore the fact that after going ahead on the Monday and being told they’d try and fit me in urgently as have a sick toddler and no heating/hot water, no one called back when they said they would, and they have now moved the install date again from Friday to following Tuesday due to unforeseen emergency, so 8 days after the booking. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! WARNING, WARNING

Do not use this company they are an absolute Joke!!, I ordered a top of the range Vokera boiler to be fitted some 3 weeks ago, they rang me and arranged an install date for two days later which I thought was fantastic, upon agreeing the date they then failed to turn up despite us having no heating due to our existing faulty boiler. I rang the company who never returned my call until the following day, once again they booked another install date and failed to turn up again. At this point I had taken two day off work and a two weeks with no heating. I finally spoke to a director who assured me this was not their usual performance and would guarantee a fitter the following Monday and compensate me for two lost days at work. Guess what Monday arrived and no fitter arrived again, four days later I am still waiting a call back...........Boiler cancelled and contacted a reputable company.

Buyer beware

Boiler due to be fitted on Tuesday a week after ordering( they advertise next day, I wonder who gets that service?) received a call on Monday , not coming as they didn’t have the boiler. Rearranged for Thursday. On Wednesday I received a call from a courier to say he was outside our house with a boiler. Explained that I was expecting my boiler to come with the fitters and was an hours drive away. Asked if it could be put in my garage which is up a steep hill. Was told no because it was too heavy. Had to drive back home and help the driver up to the garage. Fitters arrived on Thursday. Couldn’t get the boiler to heat and had to call the manufacturers. Didn’t seem to know how to wire the boiler correctly. Eventually sorted it. I asked them as they were leaving where my Programmable thermostat was( as advertised and paid for). They asked me if I had it. Why would I. I’m a nurse not a boiler engineer. Contacted the company the next day and another engineer was booked for the following week on Friday. On the Thursday night before he was due , we got a call at 9pm to say he wasn’t coming as the thermostat he had wasn’t compatible. Contacted company again. Rearranged for the following Monday. Waited in, no one arrived. Still haven’t been told why!!! Rearranged again for Wednesday. The engineer arrived at 815pm after several phone calls to see where he was. After20 minutes he declared the part he had wasn’t compatible. Company again contacted rearranged for Saturday morning. Engineer arrived on Saturday expecting us to have the required thermostat. We didn’t. So he left. Contacted company again, who were adamant that the part was with us. Our boiler is under the house so I went and looked and low and behold there was the incompatable part. Engineer back out who informed us that it could be fitted. Part fittted very quickly , however it was not a programmable thermostat as advertised. After numerous calls, even speaking to a director and many many failed call backs, the engineer was coming to fit the correct part today after 3pm.Not here by 5pm. Company contacted on serval occasions. Told at 730pm that he was still coming. I’m writing this at 1am and he’s still not here. It’s now been 1 month since our boiler was fitted. I was sent an email from Boiler on finance 2days after fitting asking me to review on Trust Pilot. Wish granted. Off to trading standards in the morning

Complete joke keep getting excuse after…

Complete joke keep getting excuse after excuse for getting install been going on 2 weeks now and still no boiler !!! Starting think this is a scam will be contacting finance company also regarding boilersonfince conduct!! Do not use this company unless you want a nightmare!!!!!

Use at your peral

Rubbish service.dont use.messed about from start to finish promised a Saturday install no one turned up told guy was sick re booked for Sunday. Sunday (today ) again no one turned up again told they now couldn't get hold of the guy after a no of calls was told a manager would ring guess wat no call
So cancelled the install
Please don't use
Worst service ever from any company I've dealt with

Very good service

Very good service. The 2 men that came to do the boiler were lovely and very polite and txt me if they were going to be late etc so I didn't have to wait in for them .

Very informative and great service

Very informative and great service with the booking in to have the boiler fitted but been let down as didn't turn up on the day they should off and now waiting again.....rang them up and they can't get hold off the fitter!!!!!.....terrible service
