Boilers On Finance 

Gave company five weeks notice. No one turned up the first day after numerous phone calls to say they are on there way. Second day engineer turned up at half past three saying he would have to come back first thing the next day but he informed the company about his time schedule and they still told him to do the job. Third day engineers turn up and leave unexpectedly due to lack of material and which the company never told them he need and now left with no heating as the panel is hanging off the front, dial missing too. Still waiting on a phone call back to get heating fixed! Definitely would not recommend this company!

Great service from the finance, let down by the installation company, left the old boiler in the back garden, and left the boiler room full of crap, wet towels and manky water in the mop bucket.

Genuinely lovely guys who did the work to a great standard and tidied up after themselves. My only complaint is that nobody came out to do a survey before the installation and I was asked to take a photo of our old boiler, the flue and the pipework. Upon arriving at our home, the guys then spent the best part of a couple of hours on their phones because they were trying to work out if they could actually put our boiler in because they would have to relocate our flue due to it being on a car port area. We were never once informed about this being a problem until the workers arrived and it resulted in us waiting a further week to get our boiler installed when we already hadn't had heating for around a month (and we had told them this on numerous occasions). All in all; the men were helpful and professional but we could have been better informed about all the problems and delays.

Fast and friendly service with no hassle no pressure sales does exactly what it says on the tin

Very slick ordering. Affordable way of buying a new boiler. Installer was friendly, hard working and stayed until everything was perfect. Left everything clean and tidy. He had to move the flue so cut a new hole through the wall and cemented the old hole over. Overall I am very impressed with this company and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Everything was easy to arrange, just hope the installation goes as smoothly.

Excellent customer service with all the information you need and no big sales pitch, just honest and to the point. The man I spoke to on the phone was polite, good humoured and I felt he new exactly what he was talking about. Rang to enquire on the Friday and I have a plan I can afford and the boiler is due to be installed on the following Monday. Hope all goes as smoothly as the call.

Guy Machin has just fitted my boiler and done a fantastic job. He went over and above the call of duty and sorted out a problem with my plumbing as well as fitting my boiler to get my hot water and heating up and running.

Horrible experience with the company, would not recommend.
Caused damage to my kitchen while fitting a boiler, customer service is awful. Was hung up on multiple times and my e-mail address was blocked by the company meaning i could not get in touch.
AVOID.

I needed urgent Bioler replacement and upon speaking to an advisor, he took me through all the available options and everything was sorted.

Poor service
Poorly fitted boiler causes three ceilings damages six days to send a engineer to fix the leak causing more damage
Poor customer service poor after service
Boiler is still not working. Constantly told I will be contacted about the damages ffitting and no one ever calls back

Called today and spoke to Josh. He spoke me through the process and made me feel at ease.
Knows his stuff and I'm getting the boiler fitted on Wednesday and it's only Monday.

Would highly recommend boilers on finance for quick easy to pay finance

We contacted Boilers on Finance yesterday and Bobby, who we dealt with, was so helpful. He explained everything simply and was very thorough and we would not hesitate to recommend this company. After our initial call our new boiler is being installed on Monday morning which is fantastic. Do not hesitate to contact them!
