Do not trust
Do not trust. Their policies are designed to make the consumer take the risk when they make a mistake.
The item got stuck with the delivery company due to unpaid taxes by Bombinate. I phone as was told i would have to pay the taxes to get the item. I said i was not willing to pay for their mistake and wanted a refund. They then refused to provide a refund until the item was back with the supplier. However, i have never had the item and have no way of getting it back to them. I will not use them again

I am really pleased with my towels and the service received. I prefer shopping in this way -supporting small, ethical brands. Only thing missing is a physical shop! Will definitely use Bombinate again.

I recently bought a chair which was delayed at a uk hub due to extra import/ vat duties. As per the guidance on Bombiate site I contacted them, scanned and attached the bill and receipt, and the refund was processed within 10 minutes. Very impressed with their responsiveness.

Always great service, and for the most part, I love the products. I'm also impressed they've managed to figure out the customs issues between the UK and the EU (when larger businesses selling luxury goods are still making costly mistakes).
