Found out about this great shop thru a some friends, ordered my first pair of shoes that looked and felt amazing. I ordered a 43 and unfortunately got a 44. Got on the site and had a great and helpful conversation, long story short. The store is a quality place with everything being at the top of care, the products, experience and the service.

10/10 Would shop here again!

This is my second review. In my first, I voiced concern about certain aspects of communication regarding shipping of product. Bombinate contacted me to partner through the issue, calling me to apologise and providing frequent updates by email to manage my expectations and requirements. Karen Yuen in Customer Success went above and beyond to make things right. Not all companies do this and I am delighted with the product that I have received. Bombinate offers an exciting range of artisan brands. Quality is great and you get value for money.

We had a great experience with the first item we ordered. Great quality and fast delivery with regular updates on the shipment status. Unfortunately not the same with the second item. We ordered the item expecting a delay due to Covid and Brexit complications, but it has been 18 weeks since we purchased and PAID for the item with no update on delivery. When we chase customer service we only get a standard response of ‘we are in touch with the brand and will update you once we hear back’ BUT we don’t get any confirmation of the delivery status from Bombinate at all. Surely our purchase contract is with Bombinate as the retailer and not the supplier/manufacturer? I’m posting this here hoping to get a better response from Bombinate.

Customer service is first class. The product ordered was no longer available unfortunately. Joshua was incredibly helpful in finding a suitable alternative.

Bombinate offer great service, the returns process is a dream and they are responsive if you have any questions. They do a good job of pulling together interesting designs that are ethical and not commonly stocked elsewhere - my favourite online shop for mens clothes.
