Bought a chair and it arrived promptly and was as advertised. Pleased with quality.

I recently purchased the men's Jak hi top sneakers in black. This is my 3rd purchase from Bombinate. I can not rate the quality or service high enough. The craftsmanship is exceptional and true to size. Their online website is easy to use and provides high quality pictures and information on all the products. Delivery service is very speedy and customer services is always speedy and professional. If you are after stand out footwear than you can not go wrong with Bombinate. So glad I came across them.

Horrific customer service. 4 out of 6 of our ordered chairs were broken. As in completely broken. Probably during transport. No solution so far at all. No one picks up the phone at the customer service. No response to any e-mails. We have spend almost 2k on chairs. But cannot use them. The way they threat us is outrageous.

Awful customer service. No one picks up the phone in Customer service department. Emails go unanswered. Ordered chair in January 2021 and was sent the wrong order 30 March . The box has been sitting in my hallway for nearly 2 weeks. NO plan as to what happens next. Great products but atrocious service.

Beautiful products. I was keen to repurpose a room in my farm as an office where we are now WFH as a permanent basis. Once I got started I am going the whole hog. I have some fantastic wall lights, chairs (for my desk) and arm chair for relaxing when I am not hard at work at my desk. Delighted with the results.

Absolutely adore the product I bought, the Haoshi bird wall clock. I had a small hiccup on the delivery of the product, pre-Brexit, with duty and the customer service was quick to respond and happy to help out. Would 100% order from them again. Products are quality and actually people to help you out on the other end.

At last a place where I can go that has sooooo many well designed, well made products in one place (saves me hours trawling the web). The products I purchased (boot rack and bin) were really well designed and made of exceptional products. Super efficient website service and after managing my expectations re delivery due to Brexit they surpassed them (was told 3 weeks but they arrived in 2) will be buying again

So pleased with my really beautiful bed linen from Lithuania - I’d looked everywhere for bedding which isn’t made in China and this was the only place I could find where the provenance is clear and the product is lovely - and delivered plastic free!
Delivery was a little slow (given covid and Brexit) but I was kept up to date and the product was definitely worth the wait!
