My order was processed quicky and was delivered promptly.
There was an issue with customs but I rang customer service and the issue was quickly sorted. Great response.
There's lovely stuff on their site and I'd have no hesitation to get something else.

Appalling service. We ordered 6 chairs and only 3 arrived. We raised this issue on 16th March, and still no update or where they are.
We were also asked to complete a form for the missing chairs, when it came through it has a clients details on it ! ,a Mrs Ly who has a bench missing !!
So not only have they lost our chairs they are also giving out peoples data. I mentioned this to Andrew Haydon from Bombinate and did not even get a response !!

Amazing service and selection of products. Innovative and different to the normal offerings. I had great support when asking many questions about a product. Ordering was easy, delivery clearly communicated and the quality of the product excellent.

Beautiful selection of curated products from artisans around the world BUT dealing with them has been a customer service nightmare - the business model of sourcing made to order items from small suppliers is lovely but means their supply chain is just not very reliable and they’re not able to provide much help when there are delays in the order. It also takes several days to get a response from their customer service team which means that any back and forth is a prolonged ordeal. They were not able to give me a firm delivery timeline until I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. I bought a rocking chair for my baby’s nursery which is obviously time sensitive and even though I ordered several months in advance it was still delayed. The footstool that comes with the chair was delivered a few days ago but the chair itself is nowhere to be seen. Tracking link says it’s been assessed for additional customs duty by UK customs, which I’m definitely not paying. I’m due any day now and still waiting - which means the delivery could come while I’m in the hospital and not home to receive it, and the customer service team is basically no longer responding. Based on the footstool, the quality of the product seems great but not sure it’s worth the headache. [Updated]: the latest is that my parcel is now being held by the courier until additional customs duties are paid, even though when I ordered the item the website explicitly said that orders would incur no additional customs duties and I even confirmed this in writing last week with customer service. They have now issued me a credit for the duties but I apparently have to wait for a LETTER from the shipping provider with instructions on how to pay before my item is released. This is honestly the most ridiculous shopping experience I have ever had - in 2021 having to wait for instructions to arrive by MAIL in order to receive a delivery is absolutely unacceptable. Definitely never again.

We ordered a Nordic Knots rug from Bombinate. Within hours our order being confirmed as being in process we realised we had measured the space incorrectly. I emailed Chris at customer service to see if anything could be done to change the order to a smaller size. As the order was already underway, I wasn’t optimistic.
I was frankly astonished to find that Bombinate were prepared to try , and also at the speed, efficiency and courtesy with which everything was handled. The order was changed immediately. Chris kept me informed at every stage, and yesterday, just one week later, our beautiful rug arrived.
I have never received online customer service like this before, and for this along with the ethical sourcing and quality of their products, I thoroughly recommend Bombinate, and will be shopping with them in the future.

I've bought 2 products from Bombinate and both are of high quality. The delivery time appears as if it will take a while but both items arrive very quickly. Happy to recommend then!

Love this site. Amazing curation of top quality brands. Service was, product amazing, and no issues when I had to return one of the products because of sizing. I'd recommend this site.

Brilliant - I love the products purchased recently, the chair was just right in size and colour, although putting final 'screws' in place required help from a pair of pliers, but saying that love my new chair; the offer if discount on next purchase encouraged purchase of bed linen - and I love linen - so this purchase required very little encouragement only had to decide on colour....delivery fine, on time, easy to use website, will certainly being checking out future products. Things to be improved - Wishlist and email notification for when out of stock items are back in stock.

Very low quality of ordered products (lamps), cheap looking (despite being very expensive). No one answers the hotline EVER, emails were responded but sending back items was the most troublesome return process I ever experienced when shopping online. Plus, the cost for the parcel (international) was only credited to the shop’s account.

I have bought a number of items from Bominate. Such a good mixture of products on line, Delivery and service has been spot on. Its a go to website for me now.

Bombinate is an excellent website. They offer high quality products, the site is beautifully designed, and there are often nice promotions featured. I was happy to shop from them several times and all the items were of excellent quality. The delivery can take time, but I was informed by them that the reason is some items are ordered once purchased - such as furniture that I bought - to reduce waste and stockpiling. Very highly recommended website with great quality and great design items on offer.

Received a damaged item. Contacted Bombinate, who were extremely helpful. We got a new item and also a 15% refund for the inconvenience.
