Perfect, again
This time I ordered an iPhone X. Refurbished.
Again it arrived in perfect state, with a perfect batery.
The last time I ordered at Botom I received a product that was not funcioning well. Why bring this up now? Well, after a reclamation I could send back the phone and received without further costs a completely new phone.
This makes that I order again at Botom.
It is not hard to sell to someone once, it is more challenging to be able to sell to someone more often.

Unconfirmed delivery date and no customer support
I ordered a handmixer and got the notification that it will take 3-4 weeks to deliver which I accepted.
It's been more than a month, I sent 3 follow up emails but no reply for more than a week now. Even if due to COVID there are delays, taking more than a week to reply/not to reply at all is extremely disappointing.
It should be possible to check deliveries by logging into the portal, but I placed my delivery without registering and I still prefer not to register to this site.
I wonder if there will be any follow up on this review, and if I will ever get my delivery or my money back... I certainly do not recommend ordering from this company.

Botom.nl communicates well with its customers!
Botom.nl, right after my online purchase of a "bread-machine", contacted me stating that only within two weeks my purchased item would become available for delivery.
Perfect! This is how it always should happen!
Communicating with you customers, even when the news are not so great.
As a result, I ended up waiting for those two weeks, meanwhile, those couple of weeks went through, and now I am able to enjoy my purchased item in good condition.
By the way: the item reached my hands in mint conditions!

The screen of the tablet remained back; and after writing an email no response came. After calling by phone, I was helped friendly, and retour documents were sent immediately. Now I'm waiting for the repaired tablet. Regards

the mobile telephone is very good and very reasonably priced. the only not-so-good-point was that not all contents of the previous owner had been removed (pictures and others things still there. Decent pictures, nothing shocking; easily removed.
