I originally purchased 6 bulbs. Put them in lamps thinking it would charge them, and when the power goes out you have to take them out of the lamps and carry them around because they have that end that you put on to Carry them around. Nope I was wrong, our power went out and everywhere we put these bulbs the lights just stayed on, so today I purchased 6 more so they are all over the house, now next time the power shuts down the whole house will be light up. These are well worth every penny

This is NOT about the lights themselves, they never got ordered. Maybe never will. WATCH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT, going through their system leaves you logged in. You have to do it manually. I have NEVER appreciated companies that, AFTER you purchase, tell you you can get a better deal if you want more! And this really wasn't a better deal, just the 8 light deal. After i purchased a bunch, THEN I get the little blurb that I could get them for a whole lot less if I want 4 more for 10$ ea. Would have bought just one and waited for the better deal had I known. WHY NOT just give people, WITHOUT THE GAMES, the best deal from the start? Feels like trickery or shady dealings to do it this way, add to that, to continue you have to agree to yes I want this or "no, I don't want to save money, I would rather pay full price" type of statement or you don't get to your check out and your confirmation #. How bout yes or no without the stupid commentary! Somebody somewhere thought they were clever making one agree with not wanting something for a prescribed reason. Stop with the crap corporate America. Just cut the crap. Loyalty cards to get sale prices, other gimmicks. HATE THEM! Stop it! Make the best long lasting product for the best price. It's what Americans want.

After our ice storm in February
After our ice storm in February, I ordered the light bulbs. Fast forward to May 28, we had rain storm and lights went out. I thought, I’m good, I have Boundery bulbs. Not so. The bulbs did not work and after emailing Boundery, I get email saying I had 30 days to return!!!! I should have received email stating I’d get replacements.
Note to self…..always check BBB before placing orders. Boundery’s rating is “F”.

I ordered $70 worth of these bulbs and they worked great. When I had a power failure, 1 of them went on which was great. The others didn't. I also have on hanging in a closet which worked great for almost 3 months till it stopped working. I called the company and they only offer a replacement for 30 DAYS!!! Beyond that they offer a discounted rate for you to buy some more; WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD DO THAT???

We ordered "16" pack of deck solar stair lights and 8 pack of fence solar lights - total order was $220. We receive 2 boxes of solar stair lights with 4 in each pack and 8 individual fence lights. This is completely different than the description on the website and what we received. I called to advise we didn't receive all the lights. The person asked us to take a picture of what was received and offered to credit us 20%. He didn't offer to send the correct merchandise. I told him 20% wasn't enough. I asked him to provide a return authorization and he said it would be a $7.50 restock fee and I would have to pay for shipping. I told him, I wouldn't be paying a re-stock fee, b/c we didn't receive the correct order. Also, if he ordered to reimburse me 20%, that's more than a "restock fee". I reminded him that the 20% offer did not include a promise to send the correct merchandise.
I sent the email the next day (4/15/21) with photos showing what was received, again requesting a return authorization form. As of today (4/20/21), still no response. I called the customer service number. The person asked if she could research, talk to sales & call me back. After a lot of discussion, I'm still not sure they will refund me the entire purchase amount because the rep kept asking me the advise what I would be returning. I have pictures of what was sent, will take pictures of what was returned and if my entire purchase is not refunded, I will contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

Issue resolved
After posting this review I was contacted by Boundary. They apologized and made things right and did it quickly and easily. They have totally redeemed themselves.
Bought a 4 pack and one of the bulbs doesn't work, so I called the company and all they will do is give me a 50% refund on the bulb. No full refund, no replacement. What a rip off.

Beware this company
I placed an order from Boundery in January. Contacted them after 1 month because I still had not received my order. Contacted them again after 2 months to cancel my order because I still had not received it. Filed a complaint with my credit card company and Boundery finally shipped my order a week and half later. Called Boundery to get a return authorization and they hung up on me and now won't take my calls. I will definitely NOT recommend this company.

This company uses the “bait and switch” method of selling. I ordered the LED car flashers but received lightbulbs! When I asked about returning them, their email back to be stated very clearly that they do NOT accept return product!!!
This is a completely dishonest company!

Greatest invention of the decade.
I ordered 4 of these light bulbs and I loved them. I then ordered 8 more, so now when my power goes out I am not left in the dark. I highly recommend them. It may take about 3 weeks to get them, but the wait is worth it.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered twelve lights for over $200 November 13. After complaining to google, highimpactflix, the state consumer affairs, they sent eight on March 5 five months later. They are refusing to send the last four as the packing slip said twelve. Only eight fit in the envelope. Total scam.
If you filter for one star to get past the company fake 5 star reviews, you will see dozens of people received nothing.
Took me five minutes to report wire fraud to uspo - others should do the same

Always writing me with the same nonsense as they are sorry for the delay, then giving me a tracking number that does not work, then telling me sorry again, then proposing me 20% discount (but writing back to me right after, asking me to provide my address once again because products have been lost in transit). What a bunch of I D I O T S and THIEVES.

I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I purchased some lights that looked alright. I received them and realized they were solar powered & motion activated only. I ask for and was granted a return authorization. The authorization would only allow for about 2/3 of what I paid + I had to pay the return shipping. I returned the lights as I was instructed, when they were shipped I was asked to send a email to let them know which I did. I never received my reduced refund. I’ve been trying to get the refund due me with no success. They keep wanting me to provide proof that I returned them, and of course I have misplaced the tracking information. As of today I’m telling them to KEEP the refund & the lights. So I’m out my $$$ , the lights and the return shipping. Fair business I don’t think so. BEWARE!!!

Horrible delivery and customer service. I ordered some Boundery LED lights in December. In January I was told there was an issue with delivery and they would re-send the order. In early February I asked about the order and was sent info on the original order from December. Now, at the end of February, I have been told that they don't know what's going on with the order so they can't issue a refund. Horrible experience!

Don't do business with these people unless you want to spend twice as much as you expected. I would rate them NO stars if I could. My order was double placed and double charged. I have been asking for the required RMA number in order to return items I did not want that were shipped without getting shafted with a 50% restocking fee for additional lights I didn't order. It has been a month of emailing and calling and they dodge and say they sent the RMA but it isn't there in my email as they state. They offer to let me keep the extra product I don't need for only 50% of what I paid for the order I thought I wanted or send it back without authorization and be charged a restocking fee of 50%. I see a theme forming here. I've been asking for over a month and nothing! No help. They have lied, overcharged me, and have not issued the RMA at the threat of keeping half of my money if I just return it. They are scammers.

Ordered from this company and never received the items. Was offered a “discount” if I reordered so I actually paid 150% for the lights, half the order showed up with 25% of the bulbs not working. Second half of the order has not shown after 5 weeks and no notice as to why or when. Buyer Beware!!!!

I am still waiting for an item purchased from boundery.com in November 2020. I got an email saying it couldn’t be delivered because my address didn’t exist (I double checked and there was no mistake with my address). After a lot of emails and phone calls they agreed to send the item a second time. The tracking number said the item was returned to seller because it didn’t have an address on the package. After several more calls and emails and a promise for a refund and third attempt at delivery I still have not received the item or a refund. The last phone call was ended with a promise to solve this issue and call me back within 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. This company is a scam.

Where are my lights??
My December 2, 2020 order for "Motion GLow LED light bar 12 Pack" has not arrived eventhough I received a message that it was delivered?? The Post office denies having the parcel. I have contacted the courier and am informed delivery was made??? I had planned on sending these to friends for Xmas. Where are my lights??

I ordered four motion sensor floodlights on Nov 30th. Never received an order confirmation but was charged for the order through PayPal. I emailed just before Xmas and was told to be patient due to mail issues and volume. Emailed again in mid January and have never received a reply. I constantly receive ads acknowledging my order but only advertise other products and don’t supply any info about my order. I would supply more info but never received an order number or shipping info. I am pursuing through PayPal also but have not received a reply after two weeks. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and by reading the reviews I see they put all the work on the customer to resolve. Very quick at charging my card though
