We believed the boundery hype about the…

We believed the boundery hype about the e bulbs. However we had to use our charged up bulb one evening and tried to recharge it for over 8 hours the next 2 days. Guess what, the bulb never worked again as an emergency light source after that one time.
We wrote to Boundery and guess what? Unless you purchase their lifetime warranty ( another rip off price, hard luck!)
A $30 lightbulb that does not deliver its promises is a total rip off! $30 is alot of money for a lightbulb and this in itself should provide quality results for a high quality price!
I will NEVER buy another product from you charlatans!!! This is what they wrote back!

Bought 6 - 4 bad!

Bought 6, only 2 worked as advertised! They charged up as directed then only 2 out of 6 bulbs worked in the portable on/off button receptacle. Now I just have 4 more LED bulbs for use in lamps - only when the power is ON!

Don't waste your money. QUALITY CONTROL FROM CHINA 🇨🇳 IS TERRIBLE ~ 30%!? or less...

Also important to mention that my orders came in soft plastic bags and the enclosed contents had all bulbs in boxes that were partially crushed! Somehow the plastic bulbs were in tact... must be strong plastics?

I charged my ebulbs in a regular light…

I charged my ebulbs in a regular light socket in my kitchen ceiling for at least 12 hr and it still didn’t work!! I bought ten bulbs and only 1 is working when I put it in the holder it came with! The other ones I have to use as regular light bulbs so I don’t waste the $130 I spent on it!!

Yep...the same as the other 1 star…

Yep...the same as the other 1 star unhappy customers. Gave as a gift to parents and brother who experience power outages and not a single bulb worked during their time of need. Thanks ebulb which I really think stands for expired bulb!! Jokes on us!!

Received Boundery bulb today and it does not work. It came in a flimsy plastic bag. It should have been in a outer box. I will see if I can get a credit for this.

LOVE the product, hate the company

LOVE the product, hate the company. The ebulb does exactly what they tell you it does. Holds a charge out-of-socket for a long time and in-socket, still goes on when the power goes out.

The company, however, ripped me off and customer service was nowhere to be found. Buy this product from anywhere but straight from them.

I bought 9. Nice bright bulbs but during power outage, only 1 worked. Very disappointing. Big waste of money.

Bait and Switch when Product out of Stock

I'm a two-time purchaser. First time through I got LumiGuards and they took forever to arrive and are super cheap-o but they do work and they were not expensive. Second time, I ordered 4 Sky Glo ledge lights @ $19/each The first time I tried to order them, they said out of stock, but the next time through they accepted my order. Received a generic "we got your order" notice from them. Half hour later, got a second "we got your order" notice. Didn't think anything of it, didn't even look at it, but later noticed that referenced different (cheaper) lights in the fine print. Not-so-ironically, I had LOOKED at those. They track what you are looking at, since I got follow up e-mails and calls telling me to buy things I had reviewed while on FB. Further, the amount they charged my card doesn't match and they do NOT give you an invoice. This was a classic bait and switch, and of course now they are impossible to reach. I finally posted a "YOU SCAMMED ME" notice on their FB page and got a near-immediate response saying, 'Our system shows you ordered the cheaper lights, tough luck for you. You can have 40% off or return, you pay postage, we will charge you restocking fee, etc.' No explanation of why they charged me for the more expensive ones, either. This company is a hair above a total scam, and the products are shoddy and over priced, DO NOT BY THEM.

I bought this product and it assumed it worked , i put in the cabinet in case of a storm, company doesnt stand by there product , called customer service barely got the story out for customer service rep doesnt speak english.... use another company there are plenty out there this company is a STAY AWAY

These really deserve 0 stars!!!

These really deserve 0 stars! I purchased 6 of these light bulbs for over $100! When my electricity recently went out due to PG&E rolling black outs because of the wildfires in California, NOT ONE WORKED!!!!
I called Boundery and they said, "Well, you should have purchased the warranty and its been over 30 days!" How many people purchase emergency preparedness materials in the mindset that they will be using them in less than 30 days? The probability of that happening are very slim. Needless to say, I have had them in place for longer than that to ensure they would be fully charged and ready to go when summer came and fires start again. When not one worked I was flabbergasted.
Boundery does not stand behind their product at all. For the price they should have an answer to why this happened and a remedy for the issue. NOTHING! I'm stunned by the absence of Customer Service.

DO NOT PURCHASE LIGHTS FROM THIS VENDOR! They do not stand behind their product.

If you are a UK customer you will end up paying as much as you've paid for your order in customs charges!!

I am in the UK and ordered the Accent Lights 4 pack after seeing them advertised on social media via Jamiak in the middle of June this year. Emailed a couple of times but didn't have any response. Yesterday I received a letter through the post from Parcelforce saying I had to pay £46 vat, customs etc by today 18th August or the parcel would be returned to the USA! Paid it and the lights were delivered today. I had no idea I would be paying another £46 and definitely would not have ordered had I known as I only paid £68 for the lights!!! Please be aware that you will HAVE to paid this or your order will be returned. I think Jamiak/Boundery should definitely be advising UK and indeed any other countries they ship to that this is the case..

They do not last.

Bought a dozen, gave some as gifts. Use them to light my closets and rotate charged ones. Not a lot of usage hours, just here and there. 3 are no longer charging - they are under a year old. I hope those I gave a gifts last longer. Apparently this does not qualify as defective because you only have 30 days to confirm that. I won't be referring anyone to this company.

I bought a dozen in case of emergency

I bought a dozen in case of emergency. Charged them all - they worked fine. Set them aside fully charged to use in an emergency. Tested them a few months later. None of them held the charge. Re-charged them - or tried to - Only 3 held a charge. Waste of money & time as my intention was for emergency use - not an every day lightbulb. The company has no advice or work around. There are solar powered bulbs - I am using those instead. More than disappointed.

These bulbs are suppose to last 6 to 8…

These bulbs are suppose to last 6 to 8 hours after charging them. They actually don't last even 2 hours. I immediately put them to the test. I put one in a lamp for charging for 8 hours and then turned it on. It lasted barely 2 hours. so, that 6 to 8 hours is a bunch of crap. And, I have yet found a customer service number to call. So, buy at your own risk, you have been warned!

Buyer Beware June 2021

Ordered the 8 pack Boundery solar stair lights from Amazon
Came in the mail 6-25-21
Installed on the deck 7-18-21
One light just died so called Boundery and since 30 days elapsed....too bad
I didnt ask for a refund or a free set I just asked for ONE light to replace the faulty one!
Buyer beware $48 bucks for 8 of these and you are on your own-
Apparently the warranty is 30 days for faulty equipment?
Disgraceful

PS. How could a company have 51% 5 stars and 47% 1 stars? Trustpilot methinks you arebeing scammed by the Boundery reviewers!

Annoying problem

I bought 2 packs of 4 EFX lights with remote control and I’ve never figured out how they work. Really annoyed as I’m sure it must be something simple. They say on them turn one way to open and the the opposite to close but nothing works. So frustrating!

Not Good Business Practices in this case!

I ordered a 6 pack of flush mounted LED Garage Lights from Amazon, which states that I have a 5 year warranty on this product through this manufacturer. They are only 2 1/2 years old and 3 of the lights only light up on half of the fixture! I have contacted this company by phone 6 times, have sent exactly 20 emails (which I have documented) and I still can't get this issue resolved. I have talked to people in California, The Philippines and somewhere else. They keep referring me back to Amazon and Amazon keeps referring me back to them as they are the manufacturer and they were offering the 5 year warranty on the product! AMAZON ONLY SELLS THE PRODUCTS! THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEM! I am now in the process of filing a complaint with BBB and the Consumer Fraud Division! I have not received any concession through this company at the time of this writing!

Don't waste Your money on the solar dock lights!

These guys do not stand behind their lifetime warranty for solar dock lights. They are cheap and do not last. They will not replace them. Don't waste your money!
