On October 24 I ordered 6 bug light…

On October 24 I ordered 6 bug light from this online business institution and had the fear, entirely new feeling and dread of online shopping. I had trusted online businesses like Amazon and a handful of others but surely this online must rot in hell and their workers thrown out of job for being the most dishonest bunch of humans that ever walked the planet. May they lose 1000 x the 166.79 that they robbed from me as the total price of 6 bud light that I ordered from them. May all customers of this online business open their eyes well and beware of their fraudulent business practices.
I called them yesterday and asked for the status of my order and gave them the fake order ID number they gave me. Upon talking to one of the workers on the phone she recognised the order but told me that it was not on their system and that it had been "successfully" delivered. That their policy say of the package was missing then I should purchase it all over again with 50 % off the new purchase. That is the worst crap I ever heard so far of online shopping. Buyers beware. Today I lost my $166.79 to this useless online business. Tomorrow don't let it be you. I would further advice that you stop purchasing from Boundary because they are fraudsters and internet scammers.

When purchasing through our website, we ask that all customers carefully verify the delivery and billing information. All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout and delivered through USPS or DHL.

I was able to locate your order and show that it was placed on October 24th, shipped on October 26th and delivered to the address provided on November 3rd.

USPS is stating that your order was delivered to the mailbox at 2:41PM. We suggest reaching out to USPS with the tracking information if you have not yet received it.

At checkout we do offer shipping insurance which will provide additional protection from "porch pirates" or mis-deliveries. This is recommended if you work during normal delivery hours and may not be home (and feel the package would not be safe sitting by your door for extended periods of time) If this optional coverage is declined, the order will be shipped out and delivered to the address as requested.

We do understand the importance of receiving your item, so we offered a heavily discounted (50% discount) re-delivery. We do strongly suggest that you provide an address where someone will be available to receive the package if you do not intend to be there at the time of delivery.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and suggest contacting the USPS if you do not wish to proceed with the re-delivery discount.

People never ever buy nothing from boundary, I placed an order and, is being almost 3 months and,I haven't received. I called customer service to check the status of my order and, the lady just kept saying oh apologizing and, she gave me a discount but,today when I call to ask for my refund, then, she said I won't get the full refund because, I didn't continue my order, she said the discount was for all the waiting time 😤😤😤👎👎👎as a courtesy. but, she just is a liar that wasn't true. Don't do business with them, they are not reliable.Now will have to wait for a week to see my money and, in order to get the discount wanted me to continue my order that never came after almost 3 months. They sucks. 👎👎👎👎

Don’t purchase from this company

Don’t purchase from this company. Totally unethical. Adds additional units to your bill and charges you for them. When asked to correct they stated that they were shipped. Lo and behold, I have email proof that they were shipped 3 days after they told me they were. I have documented proof of their unethical practices.

Total Scam - look somewhere else to buy your product.

Ordered LifeProof Solar Stone Garden Light 12 Pack on September 6th. Prior to placing the order, I checked shipping information and time. Shipping was from the US. Shipping time within 5 days of placing order.

I contacted them multiple times after the 5 day window had passed requesting tracking information. Received the typical runaround about Covid causing delays.

After the 3rd contact with the same weak response, I read their website and realized since they hadn't shipped yet, I could request a cancellation without incurring any fees. I requested the cancellation and surprisingly, I receive an email that the product has shipped that day!

I received my product on 10/3. Essentially a month after the initial order.

I put the lights outside to charge and they worked for only 1 WEEK before the lights would no longer turn on! I spent over $100 on this crap.

I have tried contacting Customer Service, and have not received any response, but honestly they don't care. As I don't have the 'original packaging' I can't return the product.

Don't waste your money. Total scam.

I ordered the 8 Pack of Light Emergency…

I ordered the 8 Pack of Light Emergency Bulbs WITH the LIFETIME WARRANTY at the end of May 2020. Paid $140.25.By June 24th. I started to try and track them. Finally got them June26th. E-mailed you on June28th. that out of the 8 bulbs That the mail carrier had the package wrapped in rubber bands to hold it together there was2 that DID NOT WORK. NO ANSWER FOR YOU> E-mailed you again on August 19th. AGAIN . TO THIS DAY STILL NO REPLACEMENT FOR BROKEN BULBS OR A WORD BACK FROM YOU I KNOW WHAT I CAN DO WITH YOUR SO CALL WARRANTY--------- I have been looking in my E-Mails AND YES EVEN THE JUNK ONES.

RIP OFF ARTISTS!

I ordered lights and woke up the next morning and were given some by a neighbor. I cancelled my order with Boundery THE NEXT MORNING, before any shipping occurred and they refused to cancel my order. Additionally, they said if I wanted to cancel it they would charge me $7.50 to "restock" the lights. I disputed the charge and they lied to my bank stating that I tried to cancel the order 5 days after ordering. I refused the delivery 5 times and my bank after being lied to charged my account and Boundery kept the lights. PISSED!!! $88.94 STOLEN!! Don’t order from these thieves!!

Once an order has been placed, there is a very small window before the order is sent to our warehouses to begin packaging and preparing your order from shipment. If we receive notice to cancel an order before it has been processed, we are happy to assist you with the cancellation.

Most orders begin processing about an hour after being placed. While the order may not show tracking information for 24 hours later, the orders are printed, packaged and prepared for pickup by our couriers, often in groups of thousands of orders each day. Once the order has been prepared, we are unable to accept cancellations.

We do charge a $7.50 per order restocking fee for any non-defective orders. This is a small amount when you consider that we provide free shipping on most orders and that the returned products must be inspected and reviewed. Rejecting/returning-to-sender a package may subject your return to additional delays or fees as we do require an RMA number to be included with each return.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!! Don’t buy from them... unless you want to be ghosted when a problem arises! I ate $130 worth of ebulbs I never received! So I can’t review the product for you!

Unusable product

Finally installed them months after I purchased them and do not work, they stay lit even after u turn the light switch off and stay lit till the charge is no more. I gave them one star because customer service did get back to me.

The EBULBS are only designed to work in single-fixture lights. Multi-fixture lights may not function properly as the circuits do not pass the proper signal indicating the power status.

I ordered an 8-pack and $112.58 was…

I ordered an 8-pack and $112.58 was charged to my credit card on 9-2-20. Lights were received on 9-9-20.

I have spent the last week troubleshooting, and 6 of the 8 lights are useless - 75% failure rate. Some were dead on arrival, some failed after a day or two, and one glows only dimly. The quality is TERRIBLE!

I had planned to use three of these lights, then gift the rest. Obviously I can't do that now. Boundery offered a 40% refund, which is ridiculous since 75% of the lights are defective. Alternately I must pay to ship them back, and they want a $7.50 "restocking fee" for merchandise that is DEFECTIVE!

Shady does not begin to describe this company, their product and their way of doing business. STAY FAR AWAY!

Terrible service - order never received!!!

I placed an order for (4) solar lights on June 12th, my card was charged the same day. On July 23rd I emailed support asking when my items would ship, I was provided a DHL tracking number that was invalid. I emailed them again on Aug. 5th to advise that I still hadn't rec'd my order and that the tracking number I was provided was invalid, I also included a screenshot of the DHL page to back up my statement. I had also put in a help request, which was never answered.
Below is a part of the response I received to my Aug 5th email was:
"we are striving hard to have them delivered the soonest time possible.

As soon as it progresses, the tracking information will update as well. "

Here it is September 13th, still no lights, no tracking.

I'm a first time customer, and I'm not impressed to say the least!!!

Led light bulbs

These Led light bulbs are awesome. One bulb can light up a room in the dark n swear it was daylight. If you haven't tried them yet, you should. It's an amazing product.

These lightbulbs are amazingly bright and they’re always cool to the touch. You don’t need to worry about handling them. I only had them in a few days when I lost power and the one that I had been using in my lamp immediately came on when the power went out it was fabulous the other one I turned on and hung in a location to get full light in the room I am going to buy more immediately

Shady business

I've had a terrible experience with this company. They took my money. Never got any lights. Cancelled my order & requested a refund. So far they've only refunded me for 1 item. They r trying to say they refunded the other item to me. Not! Plus they gave me discount towards my refund that I never recieved at time of purchase. Still waiting. Contacting my attorney & the BBB. I will NEVER order from this shady business again. Good Luck.

So far these bulbs do exactly what they…

So far these bulbs do exactly what they should do if the power goes out. I found the bulbs don't get hot after being on all day. I attached them to the little item that comes with the bulb so that you can hang them from wherever you need the lighting. Great product.

the worst customer service I have…

the worst customer service I have experienced in years! The website is confusing and you do not know what you are ordering and then all of the sudden, you are charged for something you didn't know you were ordering. I started with a $64 dollar order,,,,and somehow got to $180. being charged on my credit card.
I called to cancel, 4 minutes after the order was placed....and ,,,,long story short....after one hour of back and forth on email ( no one on phones), I finally was able to cancel my order...

We do display all pricing up front - offering steeper discounts for the more you purchase. We do offer optional upgrades and add-ons after your initial item purchase (these can be either other products we offer, at a discounted price, or our lifetime warranty). These are always optional and will not be added unless you actually click the "Yes! I want to add..." button at checkout.

We don't want our customers to ever be unhappy, so we give them the option to include these or simply skip past them (using the "No thank you" button).

We do offer 24/7 phone support now, but depending on the time of day, there may be no agents available. We have significantly increased our customer care phone team to assist with these requests.

We are happy that you were able to cancel the unwanted items and hope that you give us another chance in the future!

Boundery advertise on social media in UK, I paid for 14 items received 6. FIVE MONTHS AGO. There has been 40 emails between us with me chasing and Boundery replying with false promises. It seems if you live in the US the service is RUBBISH..........In my view if you live anywhere else there is no way you will receive what you pay for from Boundery.
