BAD COMPANY!!Ordered lights on May 1,2020....To date…BA

Ordered lights on May 1,2020....To date I have yet to receive them. Don’t answer their phone and after chain of emails (16 total) going back and forth I have been offered yet another set to be sent in place of the first order that was never received. At that point I can return the order and pay for return shipping, return stocking and $7 for the privilege to return the product!!!
REALLY....I just want a refund on a product NEVER RECEIVED!!
DO NOT BUY ANY oF THEIR PRODUCT S... EVER

Actually I would rate horrible, scam!!! I ordered over a month ago, still nothing, sent me a bogus tracking number, do not fall for anything to do with this company, very disappointed!!!

Their greed knows no Boundery.

Boundery.com is a total scam. Will take your money and not ship the product. Then will change website names and try to sell the same product again.

Unacceptable Delays and Poor Follow Up

I ordered some lights just over 2 months ago when the pandemic had peaked. There was zero indication there would shipping delays. I have reached out to customer support but all they did was generate a file number and used COVID as an excuse for such a lengthy delay. This is unacceptable! And meanwhile, my credit card was charged immediately for the product...

Please accept our sincere apologies. We did not anticipate delivery problems anywhere near what we experienced in recent months. All orders were able to be processed and shipped from our warehouses within normal timeframes. However, we did encounter an issue with our delivery partner which resulted in extreme delays of some orders during that time.

We have since moved away from that delivery partner. As of June 2020, we have opened a new warehouse in Nevada and have been using an expedited delivery service for all new orders. Orders are currently shipping in 1-2 days and delivering in 2-10 days.

Unfortunately, orders placed prior to June were shipped with the earlier service. We have been following up with customers to resolve any issues by re-sending orders (with our express service) or resolving issues wherever possible.

I would be more than happy to resolve the issue for you, however, I was unable to locate any orders under the name provided. Please reach out to us at info@boundery.com if you have not yet received your order as we want to help!

place an order several weeks ago still…

we understand there are sometimes issues but lack of response is very unprofessional. the telephone number you give goes to a voicemail and says they cannot take any calls right now. do not take on the orders if you cannot keep up with production or at least keeping up with communication with your customers. recommendation is do not take your customers money until the product is shipped

Stay away from Boundery

The lights are as cheap as they get. It took them several weeks to send them and they won't answer e-mails. Tried calling them but they won't list a phone number. Will try to return them but don't expect them to answer.

The positive reviews are from their own employees. All are dated the same day.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from our Nevada warehouse and delivered within 2-10 days. Due to current postal and pandemic issues, deliveries may be slightly delayed past this time but we're finding that most deliveries are still being completed within that delivery window.

Regarding reviews, I can assure you that employees do not leave any reviews on this website. Trustpilot groups all reviews (positive and negative) by date, so some may appear closer together.

Most of our customers are very satisfied with our products, which is why we're happy to offer a refund or replacement if you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days.

DO NOT BUY FROM BOUNDERY!

DO NOT BUY FROM BOUNDERY!! One month ago I ordered 8 outdoor Solar Motion Sensing Lights and have yet to receive them. They immediately charged my Credit Card, but never sent a shipping confirmation or tracking number. They cannot be reached by telephone and when I e-mail them they respond with every non-sensical excuse in the book including fake USPS Tracking Numbers.

We ordered these solar lights fir around our farm and just love them! We feel they are even better the Nite Eyes you can buy for protecting your hens...haven't had one problem since we got them...and they are BRIGHT!!! Will get more fir around our house...and they have lasted a long time too.Cathy

Crooks!

I bought lights, paid over 100 euros. 6 plastic cheap lights arrived with a remote control which is the poorest made thing I've ever seen. 3 of them didn't work, 2 were put outside in the garden and only stayed lit for a couple of hours, then nothing! This was complete and utter daylight robbery. Don't buy from them!

SCAM- Wish I had read reviews first

SCAM- Wish I had read reviews first. Ordered lights off a Instagram ad in June. Would receive notices that they were ready to ship but never received. Now September and never did receive the lights and had to dispute through my credit card company to receive my money returned. Will never buy off of Instagram again either.

A storm came through the midwest

A storm came through the midwest and the power has been out for 4 days. I have an elderly aunt who has had two knee replacements. These lights are life savers. I took her three and put one on each floor of her house and she could see, Making it safe for her to get around. They are bright, can be used in lamps and can be carried with you as a flashlight from room to room.

Excellent Product

I own 14 of these amazing lights. They produce a unique and brilliant light pattern on my front walkway at night. Replaceable, reusable batteries are a plus for the environment. I love these lights.

These lights are fantastic.
Due to pandemic it took a bit longer but they always stayed in touch. That meant alot to me.

I purchased these lightbulbs and placed…

I purchased these lightbulbs and placed them in lamps throughout the house so when the time came I would be prepared.. a few months had passed and we had not had any opportunity to the test this purchase then all of a sudden one evening the power went out ! The lamps that I had placed these bulbs in all came on and lit my house up.. it was as if we had never lost power !!!! I was so excited ! They work great , just as advertised and I’m very pleased and well satisfied with this product!!!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. They give tracking information but the shipper never received the shipment and that's where it stagnates. The company only has excuses and they have an endless supply of those. My only saving grace is I paid thru paypal. I have protection from them. But I will never attempt to purchase anything else from boundry ever again. The low reviews are a red flag.

bought lights from this company that i could have got at a dollar store!! Tried reaching the company via email, (because you cant call them) and they never responded. want to return lights but they arescrewing me on returning them. POOR company to do business with. I would never ever AGAIN!!!

When storm Isasis hit the Northeast

When storm Isasis hit the Northeast we were without power for 4 days, My husband and I had purchased your product a few months prior since we loose power frequency we replaced the standard bulbs where we needed light the most. We had a small generator that we had to use sparingly so we Ryan 5 hours we alternated one of the bulbs with the only light we could plug in. This allowed us to keep lights on where needed. Your product far surpasses what we every imagined. Thank you so much.

The light bulb works but the bug zapper not so much

The light bulb works and would be good for camping but the bug zapper doesn’t do a blessed thing. Mosquitos were not flying into the unit to get zapped nor were they being repelled - they hovered over or landed on me

I purchased multiple Ebulbs for my home…

I purchased multiple Ebulbs for my home and even sent a few to my mother up in the mountains of NC.
Just this week we had a storm go through and knock out our power for 3 days. These bulbs allowed us to safely get around the house at night, eat dinner at the table and even have a family card game without using candles.The power is now back on and the bulbs are recharging now for the next time they are needed.
Thank you for creating and offering these bulbs. Great idea!👍🏻
