Beyond words

Beyond words. I tried ordering online and got a message that the transaction couldn’t be processed so I tried again. Hours later I get 2 email confirmations for 2 orders. I don’t want either now. It’s too much of a hassle. I can’t reach anyone and the one email response referenced an order from months ago that I did finally receive. I have them both new order numbers and I got nothing!! Calling the bank.

I should have read these reviews before…

I should have read these reviews before ordering from this bogus co. If I ordered a similar product from Amazon I would have it already and, if not, their cust svc dept would be all over it. It has now been over 3 weeks and my order has not even left the warehouse. I have been in contact with them via email but keep on hearing same response. With boundery you get a lot of b.s. like they’re a small co., etc. Well, they’re large enough to advertise on social media and cash my credit card payment same day so I don’t want to hear it. Stay away from this co. It is either a scam or they’re horrendous rookies. It is now going on 4 weeks and all I get are auto-generated emails saying they can’t update any delivery info. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Such a B.S. co. Stay away from them...

I don't normally write reviews

I don't normally write reviews, but feel like I need to in this case. Like many others, I placed on order on June 28, 2020, received a confirmation of my order and my credit card was immediately charged for the purchase. I was told I would receive another email when my order was ready for shipping. It's now August 3, 2020 and I've received nothing from Boundery other than additional automated email adds for their products. I have sent numerous emails to customer service (I can't locate an actual phone number for them) requesting an update on my order - no response at all. I'm calling my CC company tomorrow to reverse the charge. If I could give this company and their product 0.00 Stars, I would.

First I ordered 3 lights to see how it…

First I ordered 3 lights to see how it work. Then, I was so satisfied that I ordered 6 more lights and now I have 9. I am thinking of ordering 6 more and I hang them all over my house, inside and out. Especially i love the fact that it has a 3 way light if you want it less one push, if you want it max, 3 pushes.

I placed and order online

I placed and order online. My credit card was charged. I never received my order, never received a tracking number. My order has now been in for 6 weeks and I still have not received. Twice I have reached out to the company and have still never received a tracking number and was told because of Covid19 they are behind. My next step will be in asking for a refund which I probably won't receive either.

We have not experienced any delays related to COVID19 at our warehouses, but our delivery partners (USPS and DHL) have seen some increased delays for some orders.

Bug BULB 2in1 lantern

I this is for a little review on
BUG BULB 2in1 lantern
I bought 6 of them.
I figured that 3 would be working and 3 changing.
The charge is a 3 hour charge.
They are not a quick fix yes you have to be patient they have to do their job and send the waves of whatever sound that supposably mosquitoes don't like.
Each one is supposed to do as 16 by 16' square so for my 12 by 28' patio I figured at least 2 to 3 of them would work there I want to be outside great products you just gotta be patient
They will do their job
They do get here on a nice delivery time.
Very highly recommended
you charge them up and they last 20 hours.

The product does not work properly

The product does not work properly. The lights are supposed to stay on for 16 hours with new batteries. Mine last 10-15 minutes and turn off. The back and forth with customer service is disappointing. I was offered an expensive convoluted return or a 40% credit to my cc. When I finally received a credit, it was not 40%. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will add them to my radio show product review.

EBULB new family favourite!

Our family found this product on Facebook and I usually don’t order things but I am so glad we ordered the EBULB. We purchased an 8 pack and gave one to each of my sisters. So four family houses now have these. We all Love them and highly recommend especially if you have kids or pets. My sister’s power went out and usually it’s so dark in the house it’s hard to find a flashlight and not trip over the dog or cat. Now no one panics and she said a flashlight wasn’t needed because the light lite up most of the downstairs. Great product!

Like a lot of others ,I am getting the…

Like a lot of others ,I am getting the runaround about my order, it is being prepared for shipping, then DHL decided not to deliver it, now USPS says they don't have it. According to shipping they are located in Henderson Nevada, so maybe we should file a class action lawsuit against them .August 13 now still have not received anything and they are trying to say that I needed to buy delivery insurance, I'm tired of the whole mess and I talked to a lawyer and he said we got a good case.So don't be naive like me ,check out the reviews on every site.

Deliveries out of our Las Vegas warehouse will typically travel to the destination city via DHL, before being handed off to the USPS for the final delivery. Your tracking number is valid on both the USPS and DHL websites and will continue to update with tracking details as the package progresses.

If I could give these guys MINUS 5…

If I could give these guys MINUS 5 STARS I would. The product is JUNK ! I ordered 4 sets of these lights (that is 16 separate units) and when they finally arrived some 2 months later, I found that 5 worked immediately in all colours and continue to do so, 8 don't work at all and 3 only work in red and do not switch off unless you remove the batteries. Of those that don't work, 6 of the 8 arrived with severely corroded battery terminals and the other 2 just don't work.

Note that when an EFX light stays on RED light, this is simply a low-battery indicator. Switching batteries will return full functionality to the lights.

I would give them a 0 if possible

I would give them a 0 if possible. This company is a scam. My complaint is the same as everyone else's. They claim my order shipped on June 4. There has been zero movement, but the company tells me that it is my issue. I have seen responses to some complaints saying they had shipping carrier issues and have since changed, but are refusing to reship my order or give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered lights 2 months ago. Still do not have them. They tell me my order has a tracking number & is on the way. Will not refund my money. I would advise anyone to think twice about doing business with this company

Stay away from this company Terrible products. I purchased luminguard lights and what a waste of money! Poor quality craftsmanship! Made of cheap plastic. In addition to poor quality product , it took almost 3 months for me to get my purchase !

Worse ever. Ordered in May, still havent received. They claimed it shipped, and wont let me cancel. Now today (July 24) I get another notice they shipped. It's a trap. BEWARE

I ordered a light bulb from them. Took forever to get it, opened it and it was damaged. I have tried many times to get a response from them and DO NOT get an answer. I will not shop with them ever again.

Do not buy from this company!!!! You will be so disappointed. I placed an order in May and still have not received our order, the company will not cancel or refund our money. Trying to fight it with our bank. Horrible customer service

I ordered landscape lighting in April. as of July 23 they still have not been received. they reply to emails with apology and the order is on the way. I am not convinced Boundery even has products. They have had my $ for months and I have nothing to show for it. AVOID!
