I do not understand how this outfit continues to stay in business. They are absolutely shameless liars in covering the always significantly delayed shipments with messages implying that the ordered merchandise has been given to the USPS for delivery when a close read of the notice shows that the order is at a “shipping partners” facility and USPS has been notified but no shipment has been made.
These notices continue to come on a week to 10 day basis showing that the goods are at a different shipping partner facility and the USPS has been notified, blah, blah, blah.
The identified shipping partner is NOT an actual shipper. It is a paper work service by PITBEY BOWES! After more than a two month delay the order was received via USPS with shipper address from a completely different name/initials.
Boundery also has advised customers that they have changed shipping arrangement as of June 20, but absolutely no change in the process was observed for an order placed on May 9th but not received until July 15th after the same multiple phony notices of shipping status.
I have repeatedly asked for an explanation of this unacceptable practice and while they do send a response it simply says “sorry for your problem with the order, we will try to do better next time. Who would reorder from them even if a major discount was offered? My thought is that they have real problems in getting their orders from China but won’t admit it and have chosen to lie and mislead rather than deal truthfully with their customers.
Their BBB rating also reflects their ridiculous business practices. They have your dollars which they can use to pay for the goods you have ordered and have wound up being their merchandise credit source.

I ordered LED patio lights and spent close to $75 on them the end of April. I finally received a reply to my inquiry on status and was told they had been delivered in June and gave me a tracking number. When I went to the Post Office they pulled up the info and much to my surprise the house number was 713 (and didn't exist) but I live at 1604. So the P.O. sent back as undeliverable. I was then told by Customer Service the the "captured" on the order was the correct one (1604) address. My only option was 1/file a claim with the carrier or 2/reorder and pay 50% of the price! What a rip-off. I ended up reordering with a whole different company and received them last week and installed. Never have I dealt with such a inconsiderate company. And those of you waiting for a credit, you lost the money just like I did!

took two months and me threatening with a fraud claim to finally get my lights. then i found out that they are overcharging! i found the SAME lights at Five Below for $5 each and Boundery is charging almost $10 a light!!

I had the same experience with it taking weeks to get the puck lights I ordered. I threatened to have my bank "claw back" the money and viola! lights arrived two days later. Unfortunately for this company (I will not order from them again) I really like the lights. I haven't had the experience of them being defective and they have been working great. Very cute item...I'm going to try to order them directly from the company that makes them.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this business. Ordered lights on May 25th. Today is July 17th. Still do not have my 8 lights. Don't waste your time emailing because it's always because the delay in delivery is because of the pandemic. Total scam.

When I email customer service they tell me they are backlogged with orders and my order will go out at the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago! I placed my order on June 14, 2020.
Heading over to the BBB to lodge a complaint.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have been trying to contact Boundery regarding my package that supposedly shipped May 19 from CA. I live in Wisconsin ...its July 14.. really and no-one can tell me where it is. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered... There customer service is beyond HORRIBLE! I tried tracking it and seems it may be in NV, no one can confirm that either. Save your time and money! Not worth the hassle.

Horrible experience, I ordered the solar lights on April 23rd and just received them July 8th, every time I emailed them it was another story and to top it off they sent me the wrong lights, no has yet to contact me back to correct this issue, I guess as long as they got their money who gives a crap about the customer, never again will I deal with this company!

Well, add me to the long list of people that have been robbed by these thieves. Charged over $180.00 to my credit card almost three months ago and as of today, July 8th, I have received NOTHING. Don't bother calling. Pre-recorded, canned message states that they aren't taking phone inquiries at this time. I have written several emails to their so called "customer support" and only received another canned response blaming everything on COVID-19. They sent me a USPS tracking number that indicates that the package was picked up from them over two months ago and somehow never arrived at the USPS facility. I have emailed them demanding a full refund and get no response whatsoever. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS/THIEVES. Worst online retail experience I have ever had.

I ordered outdoor lights from them in April. Have gotten the same canned response from them for the past 2 months. The only difference is that the name on the response is different (first name only). The tracking number they provided from the post office is one that says that the USPS has been notified by a shipper that they will be dropping off a package. Had 4 of them but each one says that it's a different town in CA. The last one I checked through the USPS site (not following their track) and it came back as an invalid number. Blaming everything on the Covid-19 situation. I've FINALLY come to the conclusion that this is a SCAM. Don't fall for it as I did. It's such a shame that people like this exist in this world. BEWARE!!
Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered simple cheap, solar lights for deck post. It’s been over eight weeks and nothing. Constant contact with them but they just continue to feed you BS. Have filed a case with PayPal to get my money back. Stay very far away from this company.
