Good simple & effect

I came across Lio through a facebook ad and since I have been smoking for 25 years and never found anything satisfying enough to quit, i decided to have a look at what its all about. Well, story short, nice simple device and idea, good reviews, no smoke or vape at all - 100% natural (claimed) - i decided to have a go at it.
Im 20hrs into using Lio and have not yet touched a cigarette (i smoke at least half a 20 pack a day). For me that alone is already a win (hence the review already).
One small tip to those out there interested:
Keep your normal habits and dont change anything. just use lio instead of a cigarette or vape. but dont change other habits. This morning I made a coffee and went outside on the balcony to "smoke" lio - coz thats what i always do, every day.

Very expensive for a cheap bit of wood. Pods don’t fit tightly in the Lio, and you have to break up the end of the pods, to get them to stay in the tube. Doing so gets your fingers covered in the moisture from the pods. Also because the pods don’t fit snuggly, there is no resistance when you suck on it, so you don’t get the full flavour of the pod. Complete waste of money and a con for how much the whittled out piece of wood cost. Very unhappy and feel like I have been ripped off.

It didn’t work at all.. it smelt amazing in the packet but once in the stick there was no flavour or smell or anything.. quite hard to pull as well unlike a smoke or vape

The Lio is a fabulous product. It has really helped me reduce and quit vaping or smoking since I started 3 weeks ago. The only problem I’m facing with the product is the case that it comes in. The lid sits loosely on it and there has been several instances when the lip slides out easily and drops out of the case. Being a product that is used orally, the case needs to hold the product more sturdily owing to hygiene reasons. I hope you guys will revisit on the design of the case for improved experience.

Never have I received a product and felt more ripped off. It is a £40 piece of wood. That you have to fray the ends of the cores yourself, surely losing a lot of the flavour in doing so, and getting your fingers covered in the oil that’s in them. This will not stop you vaping. Must be the must under engineered product on the market. You may as well hollow out a bic pen and suck it. Same thing.

Very disappointed with the lack of flavor in all of them!
Might as well have bought a straw instead. Overpriced.. Would not recommend.

Has been over a month me puffing the Lio stick. First couple of days was strange, as i was trying to find my taste, but once i got there, don't think i will be going back to vaping.

I purchased this for my son who has tried multiple things to try and quit smoking…he did want to use toxic medication and we stumbled across this and thought its worth a try.
He’s very happy with the results he’s getting…it’s helping fight the cravings when they hit hard…it’s still early days but it’s looking really promising 👍

What a great product. I had previously bought a breathing necklace but it was like sucking air. Using Breathelio feels like a great, natural substitute for vaping and feels just like vaping, without the health risks. There are great 'flavours' to choose from - I love the minty one. It has helped me quit vaping for good

My starter pack took five weeks to be delivered (outside the EU) and my contact with customer service effectively told me to 'just keep waiting' despite no tracking updates for two and a half weeks. Upon receiving the device the flavour is nearly non-existent and the core falls out after each use. I don't recommend buying one.

Keeping hand to mouth habit is a big part of replacing smoking with something healthier. Minty flavors are great because they are strong and they replace that taste of cigarettes. It’s easy to use and with a little power of will Lio is your way out of smoking.

I bought this end of August spent 40£ ish if I remember right. I carried it everywhere and to work to use instead of vaping. I found it didn't have a good enough kick to help deter me from the vape. I contacted customer service and asked about the refund after 30 days to which I didn't get reply straight away and when I did I was told you have to request the refund and send all your stuff back (that you pay for) which they "promised" they don't reuse 🤔 I never heard back again and when I messaged a week later was told your only allowed to request refund within the 30 days and now I'm not entitled to my money back so il give everyone reading this a tip.... Don't waste money on this product go to Amazon and search quit smoking instruments and voila. You can buy the same thing with filters for under £8 and bigger slightly. I have a few now I used menthol filters and have been 3 weeks off my vape.
To respond to your reply I have been 3weeks plus off my vape now with the one of Amazon so it works absolutely great, I understand why'd you'd write that but breathlio didn't work for me esp with the filter flying out all the time. I love my amazon one much better and would recommend that over breathlio. Louise.

I was honestly hesitant to buy the Lio Breath at first. But after seeing a few videos and reading some comments, I thought — why not give it a shot? Especially since I’ve been trying to quit a bad habit.
And I’m glad I did! Lio has really helped reduce my cravings. It’s super easy to use and so convenient to carry around. I absolutely love the mint flavor too — so refreshing!
If I had to point out one downside, it’s the little mark it leaves on the diffuser. But honestly, that’s a small thing compared to how much it’s helping me.
I’m still on my journey to fully quit, but I’m getting there — and Lio is a big part of that. Huge thanks to whoever invented this!

It was quick to arrive and it worked

Very happy with the product.
It's exactly what I needed to help me quit smoking.
It gave enough resistance to make my brain think I was taking a puff. The menthol flavor hit at the back of my throat (like smoke used to), so it checked all the boxes and I am now cigarette free

Its a fabulous substitute. Several friends liked it and also bought one.
