Just started today. Like what I see and hear. Was skeptical with working with a third-party vendor. So many scams out there. But, they seem to be protecting themselves and me with a paperwork trail and telephone calls. I feel comfortable and look forward to a long relationship.

The technician was very helpful. He gave me extra time and helped me find the problem with my time capsule--even calling me back after I had to leave to make sure that we fixed the problem.
