I found my technician to be excellent in his performance and customer interface. Very professional.

Both representatives from Apple and Bright Circle Protection were very knowledgeable and quick to repair my PC and all my other devices. I am very pleased with the services. I am confident I wont experience these problems again and if so I can call Bright Circle for assistant. I rate both services with 5 stars.

Had to erase the entire computer and start over and tech was very patient with me while doing this and got my computer back and up running so that I could use it without duplication of all my files.

very helpful. explained everything. However, asking for my service rating while on the phone with them is not really getting an honest review. The ratings should be done without a walkthrough with the person you are reviewing!

I called Apple Support who forwarded me to Bright Circle. I had called Apple because of a suspicious call about an iCloud breach. Apple and Bright Circle should have known about these scams. Instead they went ahead and did a "fix" and charged me $229.

It took more time than I wanted, but the task was accomplished to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Parker,took a lot of time making sure that all malware was deleted from my computer. He also deleted other icky things on my computer than was slowing it down. And a big hurrah for him getting rid of the popup ads.
