THEY STOLE £150 OFF ME
Got the app on my iPhone to prepare for travel to Norway and Sweden as it was suggested by someone on line then applied for a tag and message came back transaction hasn’t worked please try again later so I did this six times with the same message and each time I checked my emails and bank to see if I was messaged or money removed nothing
I then found a page on the app showing 6 applications pending so I tried phoning them with no luck and then emailing where I was contacted back and they said when the tags arrive send them back and we will refund this was before they took the £150 out of my account when tags arrived I was not aware I had a 30 day limit on returns and they were a late being returned as I wasn’t able to complete in the time so they kept my money
It obviously wasn’t my fault for me getting 6 tags so why the time limit and why would I order 6 tags for the same vehicle so why should I be penalised

Different toll amount?
Hi, I had a daytrip to Odense last saturday (12th Oct).
Interestingly the toll amount was different at Storebæltsbroen.
At the morning (11:46) when we crossed the bridge the toll amount showing Kr 196, but on our way back to copenhagen when we crossed the bridge again in the afternoon (16.52) the toll amount showing Kr 135. Why the toll is different?

Can't handle the newer Euro norm on cars
Always like the registration plate payment. But... going from my old gasoline to a Euronorm 7 - Volvo C40 Electric. Brobizz can't handle the Euronorm so no pay by plate. This means 2,5 years behind with upgrading your systems

Not sending invoices and charge payment…
Not sending invoices and charge payment fees on top of that - I´m sitting as a country manager in a large company and experience annoying irregularities and we need to often to ask for the invoice. Otherwise nothing happens. And after that Brobizz closing for passage based on never send invoices not paid.

Hello Brobizz team,
Every time I drive over a bridge or take a ferry and use Brobizz, it's a pleasure. It's so uncomplicated, it's fast and the costs are very manageable. The transparency of the billing is also great.
It's a pity that I can't use "pay by plate" with a non-Danish number plate. That would make it even easier.

Jag kan inte danska! Jag bor i Tyskland och Sverige och kor over bron flera ganger per ar.
I can't speak Danish and don't understand why you don't offer any other language... There are many of us who pass through Denmark and use the bridge but don't live I Denmark. English or Swedish or German would be good.

Needs Improvement in Customer Support and Flexibility
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Brobizz highlights the common issue of limited competition leading to substandard service. The basic concept of Brobizz works well, but the company struggles with flexibility when situations deviate from the norm. After I suddenly had to change my credit card, I couldn't have the automatic payments processed when crossing the Öresund, resulting in two separate invoices requiring payment in DKK. Living in Sweden, I had to make two costly international transfers, each with a fee of 50 SEK. For ordinary people this is a hassle in itself. Despite having my new card information, Brobizz didn't provide the option to pay directly via card, nor do they offer a local Swedish payment option. This lack of accommodation for simple issues significantly impacts the customer experience, leaving only a single star.
