It's very easy to pass without stopping to pay.

It's a cheap and reliable service as compared to paying on the spot using cash/card. I used it over the weekend and got weekend discount.

We drove fast trouth the Pay Station. Only two little beep tones and we could drive over der Storebælt Bridge. it's a little bit cheaper than pay with card, so we can save a bit of money.
We will use the brobizz again for the next journey.

Happened to me and happened to people i know - now also happened to a colleague.
Brobizz uses all their smart tricks and gadgets to make you sign up for it.
After signing up, all communication, transactions etc. is ALL on you and there is no help from anywhere.
An employee even told me over the phone directly "a grown person should be able to figure that out themselves" when i called their so called "customer service"
Never have i ever encountered such service (or lack of) and i will never recommend using this for anyone i know.

All of a sudden i recieve a letter from "inkasso" telling me that Brobizz is claiming i'm not paying my bills.
i paid every bill to them.
I call their customer service and this guy tells me, that 1 transaction that is more then 2 years old had been rejected.
No communication about it, nothing about trying 2 get in contact with me or get the money.

all other bills since has been payed when was due.

Still.

i tell Brobizz i'm, sorry about the mistake, but that they can see in their system i use my Brobizz EVERYDAY for 2 years and ofc. i'm not trynna cheat or bluff them for 1 day 2 years ago.
Nothing was good enough and the employee ended up being directly rude towards me, laughing at my "stupidity" as he called it.

Never in my life have i encountered a company and/or employees like this.
I am left in chock and assuring everyone around me never to use Brobizz again.

This is the third time i'm writing a review, because Brobizz keeps deleting my others.

don't EVER sign up for this, you'll never get out their spiderweb.

It was a very great experience. I merely came down to 10kmph and passed through the toll gate.

I really like the beep systems at the bridges. Quick passing. One thing though, I receive correspondence in Danish. I would appreciate English versions

Two weeks ago the Bro Biz dongle did not work. I had to change the lane but it failed at all gates.
However, yesterday it worked well. The system should be made more reliable.
