I continue getting lied to by customer service
I continue getting lied to by customer service. The airline has promised to fix a name on the booking I made at no cost and all the information is in the remarks of the booking. And BudgetAir continue to tell me that they will not change it. All lies. This is terrible customer service. How can this company even be allowed to operate !!!!
