There was someone available on phone (when contact by online failed) to resend my e-ticket, since my my original email was probably hacked, I could not open it to find my eticket.
An easily available phone contact in your website for helpline was the reason I love BudgetAir.com to book my flight.

Within 24 hours of making my booking my credit card was used for fraud
Within 24 hours of making my booking my credit card was used for fraud, 5 different attempts, and two fraud payments went through before I realised. The only site used to book was Budgetair.com.au
We used budget air because sky scanner recommended. All bookings were made through budget air and no other communications were made. We run full Avira web Security software and the flights were booked from a secure work PC. somehow my card details were obtained by a 3rd party.

Money was stolen
I booked my ticket for the 6/8 return 8/8 and when I got the ticket it was for the 6/9-8/9. I know I did the dates right because I went back in the page on my computer and it was already all pre-filled for the 6/8-8/8. The system changed the date and with no refunds the company effectively stole my money.
