I take one ticket with both side…

I take one ticket with both side luggage but when get E ticket it's one even which side I don't want , after that I try to contact with customer care service this one also soo RAF and taf, two/three hours staying for reply, then there tell to contact with airline, after take money no proof of what showing in the ticket before buy , so there don't give service make the people bullshit ...
